The holder was sent immediately, but then some problems appeared and the parcel did not arrived. I asked the seller but with no answer. I even did not know, what company here should deliver it. I tried some phone numbers and at the end I have found my parcel.
I know it is before Christmas and the problem is with our post, but the seller did not answer my questions and did not even tell me, what company is delivering my package.

Estimated delivery time was 28.11. I did not receive it, so I asked the seller what is wrong. It was 7.12. After that was updated the tracking information - parcel could not be delivered. No answer from the seller, nothing.

The price was decent (black friday sale) but the fit wasnt perfect. I had to cut some plastic liner off my helmet and then it fit, but the bottom part (like 3mm) wasnt even touching the helmet so i had to Add gorilla glue there to make sure it doesnt fall off. If i wouldnt have cut the liner then the middle of the mount wouldnt had been in contact with the helmet.

EDIT. I contacted go-moto and we talked about the fitment and what could be wrong etc. We came to a conclusion and i was 100% happy with the end result.

The propable cause for the mount not to fit 100% perfectly was because the rubber brim around the helmet is not identical in every helmet. So they will take that in account and maybe modify the mount in the future.

The fit overall was 8.5/10, only complaint is the rubbber brim had to be trimmed. It was easy and go-moto will take it in account in the future.

Something went wrong with my first order. The package was sent out properly, but there was an issue with the delivery. The package was never delivered. After contacting the delivery service, they couldn't do anything for me. Even though it's not their fault, GoMoto reshipped my package. That's what I call excellent service.

My chin mount has arrived by now and is mounted on my helmet. Top-notch product!

The products are done with quality materials and they even sent some gifts! The delivery was fast and overall I am super satisfied I have chosen Go Moto.

I had to refund something but the package came back after over a month. I had no time to send it again so it took another month before i could send it back.
Throughout this time the customer service continued to stay in contact with me and refunded the product quickly after the package arrived at their facility.

All in all a great customer experience with friendly customer service.

I had an absolute skill issue trying to put the mount on. I emailed them and within half an hour i got a response and they sent me new stickers. ABSOLUTE GOATS

Fast shipping and excellent products as described

The chinmount I was looking for was impossible to find, so I got in touch with GoMoto and asked them if they could help me. They told me to bring in the helmet and then modeled a custom chinmount, and it’s perfect!

I had an issue with the model helmet but thankfully to the amazing service it’s been solve .. the people are really friendly and cool ✌🏼

The idea of the product is great. And the product does its job well. But for me the price is incredibly high for just a little mount. The inner material is aluminum which is great quality but the shell around it is covered by silicone or plastic which was scratched and not worked precisely. For that price I await perfect work.

Moreover, the shipping for 8€ speaks for very bad service for me.

I would also wish that there is another 3m tape as a replacement.
