Washing machine was fixed in no time, thank goodness. Very pleasant engineer came, very friendly, knew what he was doing. I'm so glad I called.
The booking process was great, he called me the night before the repair to tell me the two hour window he would arrive.

Response to my call for a prompt microwave rrpair.
Call answered promptly and a courteous & informative discussion followed, as my built-in AEG microwave oven needs repairing. Initial cost - with call-out - was higher than I anticipated (£159). Tried to sell me membership for all my appliances, which I didn’t want. Repair man coming next day.
