I don't think this company/web site still exists. I have not been able to make any contact with any of the people I worked with. They extracted a lot of money from me and made promises, but nothing happened and I can not get in touch with any of them.
It's been exactly 2 years since I contracted with them.

Someone from gnome book writing pretended to be part of the marketing team from the London Book Fair, saying she had seen my book in a publishing magazine and LBF wanted to represent it at their fair. She promised the following in an email: Here's what you can expect as part of our commitment to promoting your book:

-Printed Copies: We will be showcasing your book with 50 printed copies available for sale at the Book Fair. All proceeds from the sales will directly benefit you.

-Standee Display: A dedicated standee for your book will be prominently featured, ensuring that it captures the attention of visitors and industry professionals alike.

-Representative Presence: A representative from our company will be on-site to passionately promote and advocate for your book.

-Critics' Reviews: Your book will be under the critical lens of renowned book critics, and their reviews will be shared for added visibility and credibility.

-Video Book Trailers: Dynamic video book trailers will be played on screens, offering a captivating visual representation of your work to a vast audience.

-Literary Hub: Engage with over 100 seminars across various stages, including the Main Stage, Author HQ, English PEN Literary Salon, Literary Translation Centre, Tech Theatre, Focus Theatre, and the Sustainability Hub.

-Marketing Materials: We will distribute book posters and pamphlets to authors and the engaged audience present at the venue, maximizing exposure for your book.

I went to the fair and found that it was on a shelf with many others for translators to check to see if they’d like to translate it. Not at all what was promised!

I started with Gnome in 2022 with illustrations. Fast forward to present time and I still do not have a published book. I have spent close to 15k and have illustrations and nothing else, they did do a boiler plate website that is not very professional. No one knew what they were doing and I have 10 different people working on the book. Months would go by with no communication. They were supposed to market the book and get it on Amazon. Nothing to date.

Do not get involved with them. Go directly to Amazon.

I would never recommend them. I hired them to do book marketing and a man names Jason Hawks signed the contract. They have it clear in their contract that If you do not get 250% return on investment they will return the investment money within 2 days. It has been six months and they have not returned my investment or the upcharges they seem to always be asking for. I am almost $9000 lost in my attempt to do business with this company. In the midst of this I received a letter from someone who worked for them warning me this is how they do business. Do not use them or you will lose your money. They did offer me 1/9th of my investment but did not honor their contract. I am having to take legal action to get them to honor their own contract.

I contacted Gnome Book Writing for the publishing of my book in October 2022. I was given a guarantee that the package I chose would accommodate all I needed to complete my project. Five months later there was no progress and then I was told that I would need to pay an additional $2000 to have the book formatted the way I wanted and the original price was for basic formatting. Then I was told that the person who told me this (project manager) was fired for giving false info and not doing what he was supposed to. To date I have had three different people on my project and now I would like a full refund so I can go elsewhere to have my book published.

I have been with GNOME bookwriting for just over a year now. My book has been very difficult emotionally to write. My team included Sheldon Benjamin, Rafael Desilva, Daniel McCain, David Parker, Lisa Taylor and others that I have not spoke with or written to exclusively. I must say what stands out the most with these fine professionals is just that, they remain professional, they are patient, kind, and no matter what may come out of my mouth due to frustrations, they are always willing to "make it right," without complaining and often with apologies. This was my first experience with writing, so my team had much misconception and confusion on my part to deal with, but once again, handled with professionalism and showing me that they really do care. We are now in the marketing stage with Rafael and I need someone to pinch me, it's exciting and frigtening all at once. Thank You team Russell :)

Gnome Book Writing made the publishing process so smooth for me. They helped me publish my book on all major digital platforms. The publishing team of Gnome Book Writing is very professional and competent. This is my third book with this company and I will hire them in the future too.

Do not do business with this company. Incompetent, fraudulent and will not honor contract.
Hired this company to market a Children's Christmas book in Sept. of 2021. The entire experience was a disaster. NO ONE knew what they were doing and right up to Dec. 16th, not one book had been sold or promoted as promised.
As of Oct. of 2022, I am still trying to get them to honor their promise of a complete refund. They have not responded to text, email, letter, or phone.
This company should not be in business. I will report them to every agency available to warn people.

Update to the above:
As of December, Gnome Bookwriting has proven that their word is worth nothing.
After the original review, I was contacted and promised the completion of my refund IF I took down the review. I told them that I would amend the review once they completed the refund. Not only did they string me along with various pretend attempts of contact, but have not, to date, honored their word,
I placed a complaint with the BBB and after several attempts to reach Gnome on my behalf - NOTHING. They wouldn't even respond to the BBB. Needless to say, they are not a member.
People, BEWARE, this company is NOT legit. I will continue to press for my refund via any means necessary.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They cannot be trusted.

The overall experience was wonderful. I was in touch with Lisa and Daniel and they both are very cooperative and professional.

I was certainly impressed with my dealings with Sheldon Benjamin. Rapid responses to all of my issues and highly recommend him for your project.

Had been thinking of documenting my military experiences for a long, long time. Finally put it all together... the stories and the pictures. Uncertain how to get it published (for family only) I came upon Gnome Book Writing. That's when I met Sheldon Benjamin. He took my material and created the book I was only hoping for in my mind. Sheldon coordinated with me all along the way straight to printing. Can't say enough. The final result was great. Much thanks to Gnome Book Writing!

It took some time to get what I wanted done. However for the most part they exceeded my expectations. I will be working with them again in the near future.

My agent Lisa was wonderful just by being a good listener.
She gave constructive feedback all the time and helped me to accomplish more than I can on my own.
Also she was understanding to my circumstances.

It was a wonderful experience doing business with them throughout. They took care of everything while I focused on other things. They published my Book on time and fulfilled all my needs. Will be working with them in future surely. Highly recommended!
