This company now changed name to GNS Design & Built, but in there Victoria plumbing account name is Gnm Management, also they have related profile on Likedn. Strongly recommend to avoid this company with both names. We started flat renovation with them on 14th May 2026.
They took in advance very big amount, then ask all another parts of payment very fast. Promised 4 weeks for flat renovation, but now 3 months and they fully stopped to provide contractors on our site. Nothing done. Plumbing, electrical stuff, kitchen installation, sanding walls in kitchen, wallpaper and tiling in kitchen— not done. Contractors stopped attending site, maybe he stopped pay them. Quality of all workers is horrible. Wallpapers installed with bubbles and curvature on not good sanded walls. They installed kitchen not properly, that worktop surveyor refused to to measurements and charged us £216 for repeating visit. Saeed Aram manager hadn’t controlled nothing. Electrical stuff isn’t finished, so I can’t fix gas boiler.
Under bath and behind toilet installation there are gull of garbage and trash.
They keep stuff from another sites in our flat, our flat looks like a free storage.
They took 3 objects in one moment, but have maybe 5-7 workers. I guess company broke human rights. Because Saeed forced them to work without weekends and during nights on 3 objects.
Also they don’t have a van, so can’t bring small amount of trash regularly. All trash was keep inside flat for a long time. When I asked remove it, they put on the street and neighbours were complaining about trash on street after them.
This renovation is nightmare.
We need to fix all what done by them. The holes in the kitchen unit were drilled incorrectly, and the refrigerator door is dented.
I created a claim to court against them

We worked with GNM Management for 8 months on refurbishing our flat and strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs.

This was managed by Mohammad Adel Far, the owner of GNM Management. He failed to complete the agreed work, owed us money which has still not been repaid, and we ultimately had to hire another contractor to finish the job.

Throughout the project, we were misled multiple times about materials and progress, and were asked for additional funds for work that had already been paid for. Communication was poor, with calls frequently ignored.

The quality of work delivered was substandard and required significant rework. It was also extremely concerning that members of his own team approached us directly regarding non-payment.

When challenged, there was no accountability- only deflection and excuses.

Overall, highly unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this company.

If you value your money and sanity, steer clear of GNM Management! This so-called "luxury residential and commercial project management company" is nothing but a fraudulent operation designed to scam unsuspecting clients. They lure you in with promises of top-notch service, only to disappear with your money once they’ve started the job—if they even bother to start at all!

My experience with GNM Management has been a nightmare. They began work on my project, took a large sum of money upfront, and then vanished into thin air. No communication, no updates—just radio silence. It’s clear that this company has no intention of delivering on their promises. Instead, they run off with your hard-earned money, leaving your project in shambles.

It’s shocking that they’re still in business. I’ve since discovered numerous others who’ve fallen victim to their scams. They are nothing more than con artists pretending to be professionals. Don’t be fooled by their smooth-talking sales pitch. GNM Management is a total sham.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fraudulent company. They will leave you frustrated, out of pocket, and with nothing to show for it. An absolute disgrace to the industry!
