I bought on June 29 and still on July 13 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. Customer service is TERRIBLE and SLOW, everything is by email, and from what I see, the Shop App platform is not responding and does nothing. It's a real shame, these cameras are the best I've ever had. BUY IT FROM AMAZON, NOT FROM THE GNCC WEBSITE.

Excellent camera along with outstanding customer service. Got a T1Pro. Had some issues which were promptly resolved. They even took on board my suggestions for improvement to the app. Courteous and work with the sole target of appeasing customers and ensure their issues are resolved.
