Had a time-critical problem with my (collapsed) computer. Despite her best endeavours, Emily was unable to fix, but she guided me through the process of a replacement machine quickly and efficiently. Great service! I hadn't used GMT before, but will use them again if and when the need arises without hesitation. Thank you.

Yet another nervous breakdown averted
Yet another nervous breakdown averted. Thanks to Emily's calm efficient and professional intervention - my computer problems have been resolved - YIPPEE!!! What I like about Emily is she is clear-headed - doesn't confound you with gobbledygook and explains what she is doing in language you can understand. Emily is also very clear about costing the work so you don't get a nasty shock at the end! So for all you non-tecky's out there - Emily is the woman for the job. THANKYOU

Relaxed approach and very professional.
The appointment was at my home and arrival was bang on time! Very relaxed approach with complete understanding of the speed I could work at, and no pressure. Very patient and clear. Altogether a very useful exercise and I wouldn't hesitate in using GMT again and also to recommend to others. Thank you!
