Absolutely stunning shopping…

Absolutely stunning shopping experience, their sales team are second to none, spoke to Joel, just like talking to your best friend, extremely polite, extremely helpful, extremely warming talking to him without him being in your face pushing for a result, I spoke to a young lady who was every bit the same as Joel, I texted someone else originally and explained that it was nearly 9pm and we could talk next day, overall, this company and its sales team deserve 100%credit for their work, satisfying customers, worked on me.

So helpful and quick, 10/10

Bought a used scooter a few months ago and the additional warranty. GMS were so helpful with checking scooter specs and getting it delivered swiftly. I've had two issues since and both have been so quickly sorted by GMS, keeping me updated on their progress and getting new parts shipped to me within days. Used a few mobility suppliers in the past but none compare!

Very good service

We wished to sell my daughter's mobility scooter as it was no longer suitable for her needs. GMS were very helpful and paid us the best price for the scooter. I was initially anxious about the scooter being collected and then payment being made when it arrived at GMS. I spoke to Jeremy who explained the process and I also felt assured by the good customer feedback. The collection was made quickly, without issue, and payment was received the following day as promised. Very good service and would recommend.

Top Service 🤩

This feels like a good old Fashioned British service that I haven't come across for years. I can't praise Jeremy enough for his attention to customer satisfaction and detail. believe me I'm the first to admit that I'm not the easiest customer to deal with because I'm fussy. He listened to what I said and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy.
Next time I'm in the market for another mobility scooter, GMS will be my first port of call. Thanks Guys👍🏻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Service from GMS Mobility!
I recently purchased a Minimus foldable scooter from GMS Mobility and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the service was outstanding.
A special thank you to Joel and Georgina, who were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. I dealt with Joel first, who was brilliant from the start, and then Georgina continued that excellent service right through to the end. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase.
Nothing was too much trouble, and their genuine care and professionalism really stood out. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly puts customers first.
Highly recommend GMS Mobility to anyone looking for great products and excellent customer service. Thanks again, Joel and Georgina!

I contacted GMS Mobility to ask if they…

I contacted GMS Mobility to ask if they would be interested in a couple of mobility scooters that I no longer required.
I submitted a form through their website with my query and their communication was excellent.
The whole process from start to finish was easy and uncomplicated, taking only a few days to sort. My contact was Georgina who was really helpful all the way through the process. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you.

Stress Free experience

Customer service is clearly a top priority at GMS. Georgina was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of selling my grandmother's mobility scooter. She responded to all of my emails promptly and offered a fair price. The courier company used for collection was also very good, particularly in terms of communication and live tracking. I genuinely couldn't fault the experience and would highly recommend GMS to anyone. Thank you for making the whole process so stress free.

Highly Recommended

Great communication, prompt delivery and well-priced items. Very helpful people (Jeremy, in particular) and were able, and willing, to collect the wheelchair I'd had delivered, to do adjustments for me. Would highly recommend doing business with GMS Mobility.

Fantastic and friendly service.

I contacted GMS regarding a Sunrise Powerchair that was in very good condition and working order and that I needed to sell for the owner. They responded very quickly. After sharing some photographs, they made me an offer which was acceptable and arranged collection. The lady that collected the Powerchair was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She tested the chair, was very happy with it and arranged payment before the chair was loaded into the van. I was even asked to check my bank account before GMS left to ensure that the money had transferred correctly. I was blown away with the quality and speed of support. I will happily refer everyone who wants a quality second hand mobility scooter or Powerchair to GMS.

After weeks of looking for an unused…

After weeks of looking for an unused iConnectZora powerchairwith attendant bracket GMS were advertising me for sale. I rang GMS on Friday 12th December and spoke to Joel who was very friendly and helpful. Joel organised the purchase for me with no problems.My powerchair ws delivered on Monday 15th December and it is a beauty. I would highly recommend GMS a friendly and professional company with excellent service and fast delivery. Thank you so much Joel for your help and a smooth purchase.

Spent nearly £3000 on a folding…

Spent nearly £3000 on a folding mobility scooter for my 88 year old Mum only to have it stop reversing and folding up properly 8 months later. Gms don't want to telling me to go to care co to PAY to get it fixed. What a way to treat a customer let alone a 88 year old disabled one. Throughly disgusted with gms.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review, and we are so sorry to hear that you are not happy. We absolutely hate having an unhappy customer, but unfortunately, this mobility scooter was three months out of warranty (our used/demo models come with a 6-month warranty as stated), which is why we recommended a company that you could pay to come out and repair it. I can assure you that if it were inside the warranty period, we would have collected it within 24 hours for a warranty repair.

My housebound mum ordered an ex demo power chair from here and the service was first class and the price very competitive. The transaction was made very easy for her and delivery was quick and excellent service and clear and simple communication . She would definitely recommend this company and wanted to write a review but didn’t know how so asked me to.
