Bad Return Policy
The order (two spare lamps) arrived on time.
The problem started when I realized that I did not order the right Voltage and found out that I had to arrange the return process on my own!
The cost was too much (50 Euros) so didn't proceed with the return...
So be careful if you order, returns can be prohibited .

Fontana Arte replacement glass lampshade…
I needed to replace the glass lampshade of a Fontana Arte "1853" lamp, first made in 1954, and fortunately still available in Italy. GMR handled the order a wonder of wonders I had the replacement sent via DPD from Italy to Luxembourg within 5 days. Perfect match, perfect condition! Bravo all round!
