I had been cheated. Keep changing the word like firs said need 9000 dkk. Next week asked for 13000. Then 25000, after that 33000. If i dont want to fix the car through them then i have to give them 9000dkk. After that i have asked some discount and they asked for 31000 and i asked to fix it but still they coulnd fix the car. Very bad. Not recom

Hi Km.
Your car was brought to us with road side assistance.
It could not start and it was 1 month past inspection.
After agreement with you we proceeded to check the car in regards to inspection as well as why it would not start.
There was a multitude of issues with the car that could cause it to fail an inspection. You told us that you only wanted the car to be able to drive. And to disregard the other issues
The initial search lead us to suspect insufficient lack of fuel to the engine, we had to disconnect the fuel tank to complete our search for the problem. The problem turned out to be the fuel pump as well as multiple injertor nozzles.
We explained to you several times that we could not test for how the engine would run because it could not start until we had completed this repair.
You asked for a rough cost estimate which we could not provide before further investigation. But we told you it would at the very least be in excess of 25.000kr.
The excact cost turned out to be 33.000kr.. You asked if there was a way to reduce the cost and we agreed to set the amount to 31.500kr.
After the repair the car did not run well because the particlefilter was completely clogged. Despite no error messages on the particlefilter during out testing before the repair.
At this point you told us that you would pick up the car.
