They guided me through the process, and were very happy to do so. All was sorted in about a week from first contact. Instructed this company to recover the debt. Gave them all the facts from the outset. When we chased them as heard we'd heard nothing and challenged this, apparently they don't work like this and won't be spoken to in that manner, so they closed the case without due notice until I chased again!
