I got GLWIZ to watch Iranian channels, non of them would work !!
I called them and asked for a refund, they were very rude and said can’t refund my money!
Beware, this company is fake. They only want your money. They don't respond to inquiries. They scam people.
Their app on my iPhone is as lousy as their service and owner. I would be embarrassed if I were employed by this joke of a company. Even dating apps have better functionality on their apps than this joke of a company.

Their customer service does not honor the lifetime subscriptions that were sold for access. Can it get any more like a scam? This behavior is not only rude and impolite but also highly unprofessional. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that disregards its commitments to customers.
I subscribed to this TV service provider 10 months ago, and it has undoubtedly been the worst experience I've ever had in terms of service quality and customer support. Throughout this time, the service frequently malfunctioned, and for the past two months, it has completely stopped working.
In an effort to address these issues, I contacted their customer service team via email multiple times but received no replies. I then attempted to call their support line, only to be left on hold for hours without any assistance or resolution. The total disregard for my time and the lack of any helpful responses have left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.
This entire experience has led me to believe that this TV service provider has one of the most inefficient and unresponsive customer service teams I've ever encountered. I deeply regret my decision to subscribe and feel compelled to share my negative experience with others.
I am giving them 5 stars as GLWiZ has entertained my parents for years and it was easy for them to use.
Garbage customer service. Never answer the phone. Keep you waiting and waiting 😞

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I used it for a month and renewed the service. however the subscription didn't work. I emailed customer service a few times and nobody responded to my message. I tried a number of times over the phone, i stayed on hold for hours and nobody cared to reply and it is so frustrating to be your customer!!! The worst customer service and support team ever!!!
I just wanted 1 month of subscription. I stopped the subscription but they still took money from my account.
When I called the customer service they told me that they can't send a verification email that my subscription has been stopped.
I subscribed for 1 month but they kept charging me for 2 more extra months. I checked my account and I realized that my account is on auto-charge without me knowing it. I am so sorry for them!!!!!!! They stopped my service right away after one month but they kept charging me. Their service was so poor. Do not fall for this.

Every two second, called their customer service for support, nothing changed and they try to blame my network and my connection.
I can’t recommend them.
It is a joke it does not work. The application is not working av installation. Token code for already registered device does not exist. So do no try it.
Their application does not work. I paid a one year subscribtion downloaded the app on my TV. but after a while the appluacation asks for "Token code" which is impossible to find and customer service could not help either.
