Incompetence at it finest! I explicitly told where to leave the package and they manage to mess everything up and ruin my plans. Just go for a competent service. Really, why do you have a feature that allow users to set a package drop location and you don't care about it. DHL and even Hermes do a MUCH better job. Don't wate your money here... pay a bit more for a decent service

Lazy couriers don't even ty to deliver, drop directly at the shop.
For the third time this week, the driver faked my absence, marked the package as 'recipient not found,' and just dumped it at a local store. They don't even try to make the delivery. To make matters worse, I have to wait in line for days before I'm even notified where it is. This laziness is seriously disrupting my business. Such a shame for the company—they need to hire better people.

Not even one star deserves this company.Only problems I have with this company,in the past I have problems to bring it home with reason I’m not home ore wrong adress,now I chose to bring it at the packet shop and from 3 days when I go take it they say by Gls packet shop they have no paper for take any packages so my package from yesterday I have no idea where is and calling by Gls and always robot talking not even with a person I can so serious it’s this company…I you have a order and you can chose the company don’t choose this,the worst company run from it…

Delivery is always postponed 1 day when I set a place for the parcel. Even if it was announced for today, it will be delivered the next day. Esp. not cool if there are plants in the parcel. :(

Return Parcel without consent
I redirected my parcel to a parcel station, and it got returned to the sender with no prior notification or acknowledgement from my side.
No Customer service responding, no emails, nothing !

Shameful service, liars and chatbots
In my life, I have expected between five and ten packages to be delivered by GLS.
Of these, only one ever arrived to my actual address. All the others were either completely lost in transit (to be fair, this was before Christmas so I can imagine how appealing the packages could look) or simply not delivered.
Just last Friday, for instance, I was expecting a package, I saw the truck stopping in front of my home, the driver waiting for a few minutes, and then just driving away (unfortunately I only took a screenshot of the realtime tracker and didn't think of taking a picture) and marking the delivery as "refused by the recipient".
Upon my complaint, the customer service asked me if I wanted to arrange a new delivery, to which I said yes, please on Monday.
Guess what? They have returned the package to the sender, and just replied "they're sorry".
Horrible service, horrible customer service. I will *never* allow a merchant to send me something with GLS in the future and, if that's the only option, I will change merchant.

Agressive behavior by delivery man
On 08/06/2026 at approximately 10:30 AM, a package was delivered to my address.
The driver rang not only my doorbell but also my neighbors', despite the fact that I opened the door within seconds. When I politely asked him not to ring my neighbors' doorbells for my deliveries in the future, he reacted with extreme aggression: he slammed the door and prevented me from closing it. His behavior was threatening and completely unacceptable.
Update: I asked the company to please change drivers so I don't have to face this agressive man in my home again and their response was "... a change of delivery personnel cannot be implemented for operational and logistical reasons."
Very dissapointing.

Probably the worst shipping company.
I am waiting for my packet, they try one attempt when i'm at home and fail, never do they call me, i change the delivery to a pick up station to make it easy for them, and contact support, which is almost inexistent. Someone writes back to me, that its too late, and the packet is going back to the sender. They kept it for less than one day, never bothered to call, or send an email. Just terrible experience.
Will no longer be buying from companies that ship via GLS if not resolved presently.
