Phishing scam. Disguised linked to a subscription page takes you away from the site and asks for credit card details - says you will not be charged, but takes a €0.10 confirmation charge. Then they attempt to scam you for €46 a month and offer nothing in return. This company accused me of being "confused" and have sent multiple emails to try and get me to alter my review. They have apologised for the "confusion" but have never apologised for attempting to funds from my bank account, causing the bank to cancel my debit card. This is my experience with this organisation and their coercive methods will not get me to change it

Warning: Fraudulent Subscription Scam – Stay Away!

I was unknowingly signed up for a fraudulent Gold Membership at Glowtutor.com without my consent. I never registered for any membership, yet I was suddenly charged €0.10 after confirming my credit card for Kleinenzeige.de. Shortly after, I received an email stating that I had a Gold Membership costing €46.60 every 14 days – something I never agreed to.

This deceptive practice is completely unacceptable. I immediately requested the cancellation of my account and any further charges, yet Glowtutor has not provided a proper response.

Beware of hidden subscriptions and unauthorized charges – avoid this company at all costs!

Dear Glowtutor
I was paying for APCOA parking when this website linked to the APCOA site. I did not wish to sign up for this site, which has some sort of monthly subscription plan. I contacted Glowtutor within about an hour of the surreptitious sign-up, and you advised that my subscription would be cancelled in 14 days. Considering your actions are a credit card scam, I want an immediate cancellation. I have been in contact with AIB credit card services as they are putting a markup against the name of Glowtutor

Tried to pay for parking and went to this page and have now been set up on subscription which I didn’t agree to!!

Total scam
I was trying to reset my Fitbit on my new phone. Screen popped up and before I know it I was charged €1 on a page that said I would not be charged . Then €46 euros goes from my bank for VIP membership. Trying to contact them to ensure My membership is canceled , I get charged another € 8 euros ! I’m such a mug !!!!! Evil robbers !

I am thankful to the support team especially Paula from the “escalation team “- who took the time to write me back -in my mother tongue - to explain and solve my problem .

When trying to pay for parking with APCOA Just as I had put in my card details and went to press the confirm button the screen changed and I seemed to inadvertently sign up to Glow tutor! They took 85p so I wasn't that bothered, but since then they have taken nearly £80! This is obviously a scam as I have noticed that other people have fallen for the same screen shift!
