Garbage products, not even 2 seasons for $500
Garbage products. My XSV crapped out after less than 2 years with minimal use. The battery pack decided not to recognize the charger or light anymore. The cells are fine, one night they worked for a 2 hour ride, the next night the battery would not charge. It intermittently connects with the light but then stops working. I contacted Gloworm and they asked me to ship the battery to their North American dealer (not in my country) for possible repair at my expense. The dealer tried to help by shipping me a battery pack for the 2.0 lights, but as mine are 1.0 the battery is not compatible with the USB-C connection. In any case, I am left with a brand new battery pack I cannot use and a near-new light head that cannot be powered. I had NiteRider lights that lasted 10 years before I replaced with Gloworm. So far, I greatly regret my decision.

great lights, great battery life, fast delivery. this is my second set of gloworm lights, the quality has only gone up. i hope these guys stay in business forever cause i don't want to buy any other lights!

Battery Replacement

The lights are bright! I had trouble with the remote pairing process and having to re-pair after plugging the light into the battery.

I just recently used my X2 adventure…
I just recently used my X2 adventure during the 25 hours of Frog Hollow race. It worked excellent. The quality of the light literally shines through! I love the handlebar switch and the ability to tune the light profiles.

Great product, great service
Those lights are amazing - large battery, sturdy and I love the feature to use it as a powerbank. One little flaw is the handlebar mount, the flimsiest I have seen in a while. Luckily Gloworm provides plenty of alternatives and a nice metal mount can be found online. Service is top too. Bein in the EU we sometimes get hit with hefty customs charges and taxes. Gloworm ships from within - easy. Thanks for some great lights which I think will last a very long time.

Like riding in the day.
Fast shipping, customization, like riding in the daylight. I can’t say anything bad about these lights. One issue I do have is with the TX remote, pairing is quite annoying and it stopped working on a ride.

I was on a very tight deadline to receive a part for my lighting system (leaving w/in a week and a half to ride the Oregon Timber Trail) and they had the part sent to my house with plenty of time to spare. Great company and stellar customer service.

Customer Service was fantastic!
There was a glitch with my order which meant it wasn't processed, even though I had an email to confirm my order was on its way.
A quick email the the Customer Service team and the problem was sorted immediately with my order arriving the next day. They were friendly and very helpful!

I ordered a new battery and it wouldn't charge with my older charger. So I ordered a new charger, and now the battery charges, but it won't light up the light.
