Blob rocket lava lamp. Absolute rubbish can't put together as the holes to screw the fins on are all out of alignment. And the wax doesn't even move it just sits there Absolute cheap crap I'll get 1 from mathmos. At least you know your gonna get quality!!

My luxa flame light looks great

I recently bought a light up face mask and keyring torch. The mask arrived with no instructions or safely instructions. It is simple to use but i expected some form of instructions, how long to charge for. Care instructions etc.
The torch is barely a torch. Even though it has three LED bulbs, it is very dull and ineffective. I expected it to be much brighter. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Clearly they just sell cheap tat. I am not convinced all the positive reviews are from genuine customers. Avoid this company. I've seen better products at car boot sales.
UPDATE....
Apparently I am now banned from the Glow Company!! A response that firstly, oooh, why would that bother me. Clearly, I would not order again anyway. The products are garbage.
Secondly how absolutely childish is that response.... very playground talk. It gives the reader a good enough impression of what this unprofessional, childish company are really like.
Reader, save your money. There are far better companies that sell the same or close to the same that do not act like five year olds. 🤣🤣
Note, there is no defense of my criticism. No attempt to stick up for their products. Clearly they agree thst they sell tat. They couldn't even defend it! Also, no denial of potential fake positive reviews.

i purchased a firepit/bbq grill which arrived very quickly. sadly when i opened it & began to assemble, it became apparent that there were a few quality issues with the finish. i took photos & sent an email to explain. i received a VERY polite & prompt response with a definitive solution, no messing about. i would definitely buy from them again as i have TOTAL confidence in their customer service & values, thank you
