They scammed me out of a free giveaway on twitter and you wonder what they will do for a payout.
Nothing to write home about their services, highly not recomended

Hidden rules

My account was rejected because I used more than 50% margin during the news, where there was no information about it when purchasing the account. To read about this rule, you need to read the regulations carefully. Dirty and hidden rules, rude actions. Additionally, there is a new 2% drawdown rule applied to each account, which should be avoided at all costs. laughable.

Glow-Node is a fantastic Prop firm

For me, Glow-Node is a fantastic Prop firm. They have designed their features to help traders get funded Accounts. I am still a beginner, but the customer service replies are very fast and helpful.

GlowNode cheats you on spread and when…

GlowNode cheats you on spread and when they get within striking distance of your SL they will take you out when price on the market hasn't reached your stop. Also on TP, they slow down the price action and delay as long as possible giving you the win. Go look at other brokers charts and compare to GlowNode. Put in trades in GlowNode and other brokers simultaneously and watch it happen. Same thing after hours. They will take the candle way up or down to hit your SL and then turn around and go back to normal price. IF you are in a trade after hours, you have to take SL off and take the risk...and they'll probably take you out and close your account. Compare the price spike in those situations iwth other brokers. It isn't there. I have purchased 4 accounts. They have done the same thing everytime. I was trading DOW successfully with them. Now all of a sudden they jump the spread to 10 times greater than everybody else. Making my setup impossible and now I've got to move to 2 hours or longer chart. They have their algo set up to bend price as far against you as possible.

Horrible platform

Horrible platform. They changed from mt4 to a crappy platform called match trader during my challenge. With little to no heads up. I asked for my money back and they refused. When asked why they don’t refund. I was told because the rules rules stay the same. Not a good answer since you switched platforms. And when asked about tutorials for the platform. I was told to look on YouTube. Crappy service. And of all things the tutorials for matchtrader are hard to follow and understand because of the language spoken. Glow node promotes this platform but has no group specific tutorials, further crap. If I could paste all the correspondences here I would but that is not allowed here. Long story short Glow Node is a waste of time, effort and money. Also when I asked them to get in touch with the developer for a risk tool, never heard a thing back. I still would like my money back and to be done with them. They clearly try to get money any way they can. Now I have found out that they are not refunding the challenge price in the first payout. What rubbish.

Brought 2X 50K accounts, after a few days I still have not received my login details, went over to customer service to ask what’s wrong, after sending them proof of purchase they still was no help, requested a re fund and up to know they have not paid back my money, I don’t know if now my money is gone forever but it should not be taking days to revive login details after purchase and should not take days for a refund back also, also no apologies from them also

Very rubbish company

Brought a 100K account few days ago, few days later have not received my login details at all, customer service is rubbish does not help and take hours to even reply to your messsage also

WORST TRADING FIRM EVER

so I have been doing a few phase1&2 challenges for a while now, only then to go and finally passed 2x 100k accounts, then upon receiving my funded simulated account I got a email saying I breached their rule because on both 2x100k accounts I was trading the same pair(which I had NO idea u cannot do) and for that reason they dont want to refund me back my money or give me the 2x 100k funded accounts I passed....so I am very angry/upset/frustrated they could have told me this form when I passed phase 1 moving into phase 2 at least, but no u want to tell me after completion of phase 1&2 after all that time and effort to then tell me I won't be receiving my funded account.
Then before this I also brought another 100K funded account few days prior, it has been 3 days now I have showed them email receipt of purchase/screen shot of money leaving my bank account and up to now they did not send my login details, now I wasn't a refund of that purchase and now they telling me I can't, like why please
