I recently had a highly unpleasant experience with Glow Node Prop Firm and their CEO, for Mr nuz case . I am utterly disappointed with the way they handled nuz account and the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the CEO.
Mr sam insulted nuz and closed her account as per he req payout many times because he waiting for 10 day’s without getting it and i talking with mr sam he said mr nuz with a rudeness and impatient
And he deleted my msg and other trader’s msg from group when we told mr sam he have to compensate mr nuz because his account

CEO behavior & scammers
recently had a highly disappointing experience with Glow Node, specifically with their CEO, Mr. Sam. I had been using their platform for a while and was generally satisfied until I encountered an issue with my payouts.
I contacted Mr. Sam directly, requesting the payout that was due to me for the past 10 days. To my surprise, he closed my account instead of addressing my concern. I couldn't understand why my simple request for payment led to such an extreme action.
When I reached out to Mr. Sam for an explanation, he responded dismissively, stating that my payout was not a priority for him. Because they have issue in crypto withdrawal .This lack of consideration for my needs as a customer was highly unprofessional and left me feeling undervalued.
While Mr. Sam eventually paid me the amount owed, it was accompanied by the harsh news that I would be blocked from the Glow Node platform. This punitive measure seemed unnecessary and unjustified, considering it was Glow Node's negligence that led to the delay in my payout.
Fortunately, I had taken screenshots of our entire conversation, which clearly show my reasonable requests and his unsatisfactory responses. I am deeply disappointed by the way Glow Node and its CEO handled this situation, as it demonstrates a lack of integrity and customer care.

Updated since the firm reached out to me and solved the problem.
At first I gave 1 star but Diamond from customer support reached me out. He told me that he had to get permission from CEO in order to solve my problem and the permission was granted. So I felt the necessity to update the review. After all the miscommunication, Glow Node showed me that they value me as their customer. For transparency's sake I did not delete my former experience you can see it in the parenthesis below.
Former experience: (I experienced an interesting conversation with the customer support about the promo codes. I was going to use a promo and I asked spesifically about the exact ending time of the promo code. The customer support "sure" told me that the code is valid until 28.11.2023 GMT +1 Midnight. So I tried to use the promo code before that time (as you can see the day and time of this review) but they changed it and promo code was no longer valid. So I opened a ticket on discord and asked about the situation. At first they told me I misunderstood and I was wrong(They told me they actually said it was 12.00 AM GMT +1). Then I sent a screenshot and I proved that what customer support said was "GMT +1 Midnight" After that "Diamond Support" wrote exactly this sentence "Yaa I talked to him , he meant to say 28 th 12 am so sorry" So my opinion is if they don't correct their mistake and they don't even fulfil a simple promise, it is difficult to trust them.)
Exceptional Support and Prompt Resolutions: My Positive Experience with Glownod
In general, I've had a remarkable encounter with Glownode, largely due to the outstanding assistance extended by the team and Sam Bradbury.
The online support team at Glownode is incredibly helpful. Whenever I face any issues with my trading account, they promptly respond and provide immediate solutions.
I encountered an issue with one of my accounts due to a rule that I overlooked, and I must commend Glownode for their quick and polite assistance in resolving the matter.

They were ok at first. Then I got no no response from support or discord about my question about daily drawdown. No answer in chat or anything. Then before I lost my challenge the spread widened 7 pips. I could have actually closed out a nice profit if the spread were at least normal. I would be willing to change it if they gave me another challenge. I was up almost 2 percent in my first day little to no drawdown. Give me another go and if I don't see the spread jump like that again then I know they are still ok.

Apparently they have some shady practices.
They paid me few times. But my account was terminated manually saying I was too risky. My account was in profits and my stop loss was well within the daily drawdown limit.
When I asked for the reason in their chat support, I was told they were too busy with other things and come back to me later.
They never replied to any email related to their action.
Considering all that, I suspect they close your account if you make consistent profits.
My suggestion for traders is to think twice before considering Glow-Node.

The issue is; what you did was not transparent or professional. There was no rule or policy to support your random termination of the account.
There was no warning prior to the termination, there was no clarification after the termination.

My profit was limited to 1k because you terminated the account when it had 1k profit. Otherwise the profit would be higher.
The 8k loss limit would never be reached under normal market conditions, as the SL was far below few support levels. I would also note that the account had never reached such SL levels in the past.
So, please don't make up stories to justify your action.
I have not seen you had specified any risk levels other than daily drawdown and total drawdown levels.
On which basis that you claim 8k is a too high risk?
You have not specified any R:R ratio requirement anywhere. So how can you claim 8:1 is a bad trade even if I had such a trade?
I am able to perform with any risk levels or any R:R ratio. The problem is, you have not specified any such levels as a rule but seemingly terminating profit making accounts randomly.
Why can't you make your rules clear, rather than hiding behind some vague statement such as 'risky account will be terminated'?

Unfortunately, due to my health condition, I was hospitalized for 3 weeks and could not trade on my account, but the customer service was very helpful and offered to give me a new trading account for reasons of fairness, which I can use after my recovery.

Glownode have some terrible payment…
Glownode have some terrible payment system error.
I have sent usdt(trc20) for 2x100k challenges on Nov.1st but they just gave to me only 100k challenge account. So, I request to them to solve this issue. Their CS team asked the proof and the I provide my successful TXID screenshot. Their reply was suck "We will reply back uk noon time" and then they didn't reply until I ask again today. Anyway, the result is they can't find my money... ridiculous situation. I sent my money to the wallet address that they gave to me. I don't want to other traders suffer from this bad CS and terrible payment system.

Shady
I bought a $100000 demo account from Glow node prop firm company @about $499.
I passed phase 1 by making 8% profit.
I also passed the phase by making above 5% profit.
I was then given a live account to trade on and i made a profit of $4260.
When it was time to withdraw my profit, they closed my trades and said i violated their rule, Grid Trading and i have no access to my account.
I had to write them and told them that this was how i traded my Phase1 and phase 2 stages and my account was reviewed before i got a real account why was it not raised then until when it was time to withdraw my profit of $4260 you then closed my account and said i violated your rule.
The replied that it was the reviewer's fault and since the mistake was from their side, they would offer to reset my live account and i will forfeit my profit. This is unfair. Requested for their regulatory body to file a formal complaints no response.
