Further to my last review be warned that this company agrees to return of items and issues instructions for return and promises a refund on receipt but after following the instructions given and having proof of delivery 6 weeks later still no refund and no replies to further emails sent. After this review was left they did contact me and eventually issued a refund then 9 months later flag the review as defamatory and trust pilot threatened to remove it unless I edited it so some of the content has been removed

Great customer service, I made a mistake in my order and ordered the wrong size gloves. I emailed them and they changed the order with bo problems at all. Delivery was quick, and also a great price. I’ll definitely be using them again

Do not expect any communication from the ‘customer service’ department. They do not have a contact number and choose to ignore emails. Luckily I purchased through PayPal so will hopefully get my money back through them as products have not turned up nearly 3 weeks after ordering.

Anything I order is exactely like on the website. Good quality, good price.

The DPD driver arrived after our offices had shut and now we have to travel 7 miles to pick up our parcels.
So now DPD only try one delivery attempt, pretty poor service.
You know you are delivering to a factory address so why schedule a delivery late in the day.

I ordered the wrong sized gloves I must admit it was my mistake.
I have sent two emails nobody has bothered to get in touch with me trying to help me out and correct the mistake that I have made. Instead I have received an email to leave a review.

Ordered and paid for 55 boxes of gloves
No communication but 15 boxes arrived quite quickly.
No idea where the remainder of the gloves are as I can get no response from the 'contact us'on the web site.
