When I compared this product to other similar products, it had the best ingredients and cost. Their website was informative and easy to use. What blew me away was the fast shipping with 2 day delivery. Very pleased with my purchase.

So far so good. Price was ok, website easy to navigate, ordering was easy and delivery time being quoted is good. Will review again when the product arrives and I have started using it.

Placed order on 15th June with no delivery or update to the tracking after 3 weeks. I Contacted the company to request a refund, had a response to say they would look into it but that was the end of the communication with them. Next day (10th July) I received tracking update to say it’s just leaving china nearly a month after the order was placed. I still have not received a refund or my order. Would give 0 stars if I could. All I want is a refund as it’s too late for my order. I have contacted my credit card company so waiting for a response from them. Do not order from this company.

Following the response below where they said they would process a refund I just received this:

We are sorry but your package is on its way and cancellation is not possible. You can return this item if you wish once received it . We kindly ask you to send us a message so that we can help you on how to return this order.

How can I return when I haven’t even received over a month since I placed order. I requested the refund before tracking updated to say it had been sent after already waiting over 3 weeks. The company is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

The package arrived quickly, after 2 weeks I started to notice a difference, I was suffering from chronic fatigue, honestly after 10 hours of work I can still do something around the house

Thieves! Lying, unethical, cheating operation. Make it absolutely impossible to reach & stop their billing. 10/ 2025 CLX 6 subscriptions I NEVER SET UP! 10 MONTHS I have texted, emailed, chatted, DM & Most x's no response or said they had CLX EVERYTHING! 7/2026 received 3rd order of July.. THEY WON'T STOP! 26 PRODUCTS IN JULY ALONE! BAD BUSINESS, I wouldn't refer my worst enemy let alone someone I cared about. This has been hell. If they had a place to add a picture I could show you at all for July 26!

I ordered the pumpkin seed oil June 13 and this company automatically signed me up for a 3-month subscription, which I automatically canceled. However, one month later I got an email saying my next order has shipped. I again canceled and told them by email that I will not send back any product that I did not order. They said I would not get a refund if I don't return the product. I contacted my credit card issuer and later that day I got an email from Glov Beauty that said my card has been refunded. Whether they actually shipped anything is yet to be determined. The first shipment that I actually paid for seems to be working, but I have used it for only about 3 weeks. I'm sure I'll be able to find a similar product elsewhere.

Quick delivery, works as expected.

I was experiencing swollen feet in the summer heat and after some research I discovered that I might need lymphatic drainage. I decided to try the drainage tablets from Glov after seeing lots of great reviews on socials. I’ve only been taking the tablets a few weeks and whilst the swelling hasn’t completely gone (yet) it is drastically better and the pain of swollen feet has diminished.

I’ve always struggled with thin hair that sheds before it gets long. The result is hairs at all different lengths and it never gets full at the ends.. About a year ago my hair started shedding badly. Almost thought I would loose it all. I decided to try Glov without much hope that it would work. I did the treatment once a week for 3 months and my hair stopped shedding almost at once. It’s been arond 10 months now and I use the system every now and then. I have so much regroth I can see a clear line where my hair is alot thicker, just waiting for it to grow out more!

I just ordered from you for the first time. When the summary page came up I realized I had made a typo in my email address. I looked for an edit button but
I didn’t see one so I went ahead and submitted my order. Concerned that I would not get updates to my order I emailed you not expecting a timely response. However within an hour I received a response from Joan Lingat asking me for some more information. I sent it to her and with an hour my issue was corrected and completely resolved. She was vey responsive and corrected the issue very quickly! Refreshing in this day and age!

I placed two separate orders on the same day about month ago. I received one order maybe a week ago and still waiting on the other. I don’t want to start one without the other. I wish I could tell you my progress, or lack of, but I have yet to receive it, which is very disappointing.

I placed an order with house no wrong. Sent an email asked this to be amended and received a very prompt response sorting this. Rhen was very polite and helpful dealing with this.

I placed my first order today and accidentally order something by mistake. I sent an email not expecting a reply today but I actually received one within 30 minutes. Rhen was amazing and helped me so much. Exceptional customer service.

I accidentally pressed the subscribe button on Glov beauty . I have emailed them several times to cancel this subscription . No answer .
I have blocked the payments with my bank so hopefully they will not take any more money out of my account . Terrible customer service .
