The product is great
The product is great! I have noticed an increase in my energy level & my hot flashes have significantly decreased. The reason for only 4 stars is because of the shipping time. It took around 2 weeks for me to receive my order.

Truly awful service
Truly awful service - I ordered three Berberbines packs, order said that it had arrived but it had not. I was sent a ‘replacement’ order but only one berberbine pack arrived rather than three.
I simply want to return the order and get a refund but noooo says my order hasn’t arrived so therefore I can’t select go online and request a return.
I emailed several times and the only response I got was ‘wait 48 more hours’ when I try to get help via WhatsApp they continue to say ‘we’ll get the right person from our team to help’ and no further help has come! It’s been 6 weeks and haven’t gotten anywhere!

It was easy to order. I got exactly what I wanted. Shipping took a little long, but that was my only inconvenience. I am two weeks into taking my supplements and they are doing exactly what they as I expected.
