Took my money and never received the product.

Scammers !

I also was also too trusting. I returned a £180 "hi-tech" pet electric toothbrush and never saw the refund. Very disappointing to say the least...

Scammers. One item out of 3 wasn't sent. I contacted them by email. They're blaming the carrier. The carrier delivered - not a problem with them. Seems this is regular behaviour. I'm a pensioner - no joke paying for something I'll never get. Don't use them.

I bought some treats and the stain remover from this site. I was kept waiting for half month, They haven't dispatched at all, and I tried to speak to customer service, and ask for refund. But they don't refund, and just let me wait wait wait. very late reply and they just took the money, and no products dispatched.

I too should have read reviews first I ordered 24pounds worth of bird food no show so I just rang PayPal who I payed with they are chasing them to be able to pay me out they have to wait for a response how are they getting away with this its expensive enough as it is without being ripped off I understandvthey also trade under the name of advanced pets

I am reluctant to give 1 star but need to for the review. Very disappointed to find a company who 'trade' in this way, wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered too, lesson for me for the future. Ordered back at the beginning of May and called, emailed and nothing. Avoid at all costs, they should be shut down!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering . I ordered on the 4th June and their website said shipped on the 6th . I’m still waiting and despite phoning 4 times ( promised call backs ) and sending 2 emails I have had zero response . Like other reviewers I am about to ask my bank to recover my money . Very frustrating and could do without the hassle but , it’s the principle of the matter .

also known as advanced pets same old same old pay for goods dont get ya goods they get ya money if your reading this your in same boat a sme do a bank charge back asap and report to trading standards as ive also done and report them to whom ever took payment mine was done via strikepay report report report Gloucesterpetshop and advanced pates same address same company same probelm take ur money dont deliver goods

Scammers give every excuse but not the product. BEWARE
Reported to PayPal and got full refund

Same deal as eveyone else here. Looks official, well setup site, generates a nice invoice, has login page and integrated payment services... You just never get your products that's all, and they have no means of contact.
Scammed. :(

Do not order from this company.
I ordered on May 23, received nothing. Followed up via email on May 30 - no response. Tried to contact them via phone today - only to be transferred to a voice mail that is full.
Thankfully will be refunded by Paypal.
These guys are fraudsters; avoid at all costs.

Why did I not read reviews before making an order. Item ordered 24 May 2022, nothing by 1 June so I tried to call (mailbox full), sent an email, no response. I can only assume these are a bunch of crooks.
Thankfully I used AMEX who will remove my payment to this company and will only resubmit it once they provide proof of delivery.
What a waste of my time:-(

Do not order from this company! Like others I have received no goods and you are unable to contact them. I am now pending a claim with PayPal to try and get my money refunded.

I too am a victim of this company, goods supposedly shipped, tried to contact them, emsil ignored, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering

I am waiting for my order to arrive as everyone else has said cant contact them by phone voicemail always full and no reply to emails ..maybe getting in touch with trading standards will get some joy I will contact bank for refund

I also ordered from this company (AdvancedPets) and the goods never arrived. No response to e-mail and nobody picks up the phone! Please please avoid this company at all costs, they really are scammers they just take your money and run! Luckily I paid by PayPal.

I too have been the unfortunate mug to use this company.
No goods, no refunds, emails ignored, shocking.
I am now trying to find an address to write to using citizens advice.
Maybe we can band together and take them to small claims court??
