I ordered something from their website on 25th of February, paid successfully with my credit card. However, in their website my order appears as "payment error", and they don't respond any more. I have been trying to contact them ever since I made the purchase, and no answer.

Before I purchased we were having a conversation via email. After my payment they never answered any more.

This is a scam, there is no other name for it.

I purchased a bolero on Dec 5 and got a confirmation email telling me that I will soon get a shipment tracking number soon. Problem is I did not get it and then a customer service lady told me they shipped it on the cheap so no tracking number will be provided. This is shocking for I did not ask for shipping on the cheap and they promised a trackable delivery on its website in the first place. How irresponsible!

Today is Dec 20, I still have not received the parcel and the customer service was not responding with relevant shipping info over email nor picking up the phone to talk to me directly. I paid for my goods but it is in nowhere to be seen and they just kept saying in emails that they have shipped it but not checking with the courier about what is going on. How would I know if they are lying or what??

I surely will report to Paypal and credit card company to place this "shop" on black list.

I buyed a dress from this website...
I really like it, the design was unique,they have their own label...I don't like cause took two weeks to arrive..... but the quality was really good..i must say....

I've seen on fb a share of them with a beautiful summer dress and I enjoyed it so much that I ordered it for my girlfriend . Everything was simple, the order , the payment , the delivery . It went off very easy and ok . Also my girlfriend was so delighted with the small gift that i made her. Prices are good and the delivery has been made in good time. Good for them!

Its the first time i used Gloria Agostina to buy for my wife an evening dress and a pair of shoes on the occasion of her birthday. I chose to make her a surprise and helped by her best friend , i have chose the dress and shoes that i know she wanted them.
I can say that shopping arrived on time and were very beautifully wrapped and the quality is above average one. My wife loved the surprise that I did, especially since it was the first time I bought something to wear.
