I would give more than five stars!
My sister in law gave my wife a neck light some time ago having bought it for herself. Soon after that the USB socket failed. Sister is in hospital so cannot find any proof of purchase. Issy from Glocuscent accepted just names and addresses and shipped us a replacement immediately. In a time when so many companies hide behind chat systems and call centres it is great to deal with someone who really cares about customers!

Like the product…it is a very good book…
Like the product…it is a very good book light with apparently a very long battery life. My only negative is that I ordered directly from the company to avoid Amazon and it was still shipped from Amazon…ugh!

Love the adjustability!
Lights fit comfortably and I like the ability to adjust brightness. Also nice that you can have either light on or off independently. I prefer this to lights that clip onto the books. Can be used while sitting or lying down.

Oue neck lights arrived in a timely manner and packaged well. Charged up fairly quick. They are comfortable and lightweight around the neck. Very happy with the 3 light modes! Works great for knitting and reading! Would definitely recommend to others.

The items arrived but the description did not say they were dependent on a usb c connector. We thought they were just plugged into an electric socket. They might have been fine if they just plugged into the wall socket.
