Amazing choice of destinations and very professional staff

Our tour director, Roxanna, has been extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind. The places we have seen in 12 days have been amazing! It was truly a special spiritual journey!
Cosmos should definitely collect gratuities before we leave before the journey. It would more convenient. Luggage portage should be included

The trip to Fatima, Santiago de Compostela and Lourdes was great. The tour was a bit tiring, but all the places visited were dreamy. We had the opportunity to have religious services in chapels with so much history, which was something very special. All the staff were very accommodating and special thanks to the tour Director and the Driver who made the experience relaxed and enjoyable.

Its was a good experience after all. The only problem was that we had to travel overseas and when we reached our destinations we need to wait until 4:00 pm to clock in. I hope that you have a little consideration for those who travelled overnight.

The communication was unparalleled. Our director gave us all the information we needed when we needed it. She made it bearable to wander through streets and crowds to get to St. Peters Square and to take in Rome's holy sites.

Brian, from the Catholic tours was incredibly rude and took advantage of booking by not mentioning certain things. We didn't want the insurance but told us we should have looked at the fine print. We only had 3 weeks to do that.Every question we had, he would refer us to a certain page. He needs to move to another position or be fired.
There was very little time to go to the restroom at the stops and no time to shop for souvenirs at most places. When you spend 5,000 $ plus that is ridiculous. All we did was hurry, hurry, hurry. We had quite a few elderly that couldn't keep up.

Tour director was friendly and helpful, but didn’t organize well enough with seats rotation that made people confused and little messed up. The excursions were between the schedule of the day that made some days were so rushed. It could be better if the tour organized clearly. Other than that, trip was great and we enjoyed every moment we were at the holy sites.

The trip was amazing. Well planned out. Our guide was the best person ever! The hotels were beautiful and comfortable. I loved every minute of the trip.

Our Director Rosa Perez is great! I like her so much and with our Driver Andrei! I have a lot of unforgetable experience❤️. Andrei is a good, honest and careful driver, i like him. He helps us a lot. Our Director Rosa is very efficient and everything was well explained to us. It was nice travelling with Cosmos and Globus. One thing more, can you add some church in Barcelona? It was our first faith based travel experience and we’re glad we did it with Cosmos. We were given schedules of activities that we were able to choose.

The places visited were wonderful and enjoyable. I especially liked Lourdes, Fatima and Bom de Jesus. The basilica and cathedrals were incredible to see in person. Our tour guide was helpful, professional and friendly. The bus driver was an excellent driver and helpful to all. The trip was well organized and has good structure.

The itinerary on our "Spiritual Highlights of Italy" tour was truly amazing, wonderful and memorable. Our absolutely exceptional tour director Gianluca demonstrated the perfect combination of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for our group.

His expertise about Italy's spiritual sites was impressive, and he shared insights that truly enriched our experience at every location. Despite the overwhelming crowds and long lines we encountered throughout the tour, Gianluca remained patient and always making sure every member of our group was accounted for and well taken care of.

What set Gianluca apart was his attention to detail - he took the time to explain what to expect at each site and what to avoid, which helped us navigate even the most crowded locations with ease. His availability was remarkable; he made himself accessible 24/7, ensuring we felt supported throughout the entire journey.

We couldn't have asked for a better itinerary, tour director Gianluca and our professional driver Giovanni. Highly recommended!

Beautiful places, good accommodation and very well organized travel with excellent Tour Staff

Our tour leader Yota made this trip fantastic. Her knowledge, humor, kindness and enthusiasm made the tour just right. The accommodations were great. The small group was exceptional and made it easy to become fast friends.

Hotels could be better and too much is crammed into the day that leaves less time to process the information and very little time for shopping and to experience the local culture.
