I ended up paying £150 deposit by accident before I had looked into how the company operates. I found myself in financial difficulty whilst abroad due to a banking issue and this company refused to refund me the £150 I paid them, as per ‘their policy’. This company claims to look out for young people and projects a community based ethos, however they were quite happy to withhold sending me the money back and wouldn’t give me the benefit of the doubt when I said I had paid the money by mistake before I had truly considered it. Any company which uses the life experiences of young people as a way of cajole them into paying money is an immoral company which only cares about its only enterprise and financial value whilst hiding behind policy to justify allowing young people to struggle. Truly appalling stuff, profiteering off of the naivety of young people.
