At my age I'm not computer genius.
But this site was simple and easy to navigate and only took a few minutes.

I thought they were TSA. I was misled by the us subdomain.
Their telephone number makes you wait and then hangs up after 15 minutes or it is busy.
Please stay away from this company.

I’m so pleased with this company! It was simple, fast and professional. They were so attentive and very quick with their responses and updates with my process. In two days I was able to complete the renewal of my global entry and was worth every penny as I was so busy with my own work load. I greatly appreciate their assistance in resolving my renewal as I fly out of country very frequently and had not even noticed my global entry was expired. So they really saved the day! Yay!! Thank you!!

I booked a reservation online for TSA Precheck, and they responded right away with an appointment. I had a question regarding changing it, and they again responded, twice, within five minutes!! Great job guys and gals!! Now, if you could only take over for my health insurer!

ABSLUTELY A SCAM.

I had a great experience! The process to renew was simple. The most valuable part was receiving feedback and a request for additional information quickly. Most of all, I am grateful that my application was approved.

The Global Entry support team was excellent in terms of rapid response, helpful guidance in finding the appropriate numbers that I needed to report ( Order #) and was immensely helpful, professional and cordial in the email responses! I deeply appreciate their devotion to our country and their dedicated service!

The team provided back and forth support with empathy and respect. I had a complicated issue with my account and it was resolved with patience and understanding. I’m grateful for the professionalism and the follow through. All is well again and I have the team to thank!

My experience with Global Traveler.us.com is extremely suspicious.. I paid the $300 fee and filled out and submitted the appication as requested in August of 2025. I was informed that my payment was processed and I was given Application ID#. It as been over two months and I emailed to check on the status of my application. I was told that when they tried to access my account the system brought up an "empty account." I then supplied GT with my Application ID # and my email to use in accessig the acccount. Was then told that that information was not sufficient to check on the status of my account. I also tried calling several times, and experienced long wait times followed by a disconnect signal. I have since emailed asking for a refund, but of course, have not received an answer. I have no idea what next steps should be. I need my refund processed ASAP.

This website is a total scam. I unfortunately bought into it by using them to renew my global entry. I did this in May and traveled outside of the country in September only to find out global traveler did not renew my global entry. Upon my return in September, I applied through the official site and had my renewal in two days for less than half the cost of global traveler.

This is a scam website which asks you to pay $300 for the Global Entry program. You can only get U.S. Global Entry by applying to Customs and Border Patrol at CBP.gov. I don't know if this company actually submits your information to Customs and Border Patrol so you can get Global Entry or not buy either way its a scam. Maybe worst of all is they ask for identification information that you shouldn't share with scammers.

I wrote a clever and detailed highly positive review of this service ending in high recommend only to have the stupid trust pilot interface delete all of it when I tied to “send” it. The global entry service was worth the money because they did their job, they did it efficiently, they answered questions quickly and they go our two appointments at the same time and location. Their share was $150. They earn it. On the other hand, Trust Pilot is worth what I paid them: nothing.

Global Traveler went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. www had to travel from Tulsa to Dallas to do our interview. They worked to help my wife and I to travel on the same day. Found they were quick to respond to my emails.

The Global Traveler team was extremely responsive and kept me fully informed during the entire renewal process. I wish everything I do online worked this well!

I applied for a Global Entry renewal card as a US citizen with an upcoming trip abroad. Doubtful about the short timeline, I was amazed to receive my application approval from Global Entry within 3 days. Customer service was flawless. I was so impressed. Thank you!

This company charges more than twice the Global Entry fee in order to process the application on your behalf. When I requested a refund in order to apply on my own, I was emailed a response but have not received a refund. I have called their number multiple times in the past week and have always had a busy signal followed by hang up. Or I have been put on hold for 10 minutes and then they hang up before answering. I have submitted a dispute with the credit card company.

I thought I was using the government website. They are a fraud. Go direct
