I ordered a hair test a few years ago (November 2020) and thought I'd leave a review as there are so many negatives ones, I don't think it reflects the service I received.
There were no issues with my order at all and I had my results emailed to me within the expected time frame.
I was found to have an intolerance to; wheat, caraway, corn and cherries. As well as non-food: lilac. I actually ignored my results at the time because I was breastfeeding and found the results to be too restricting on my diet but I have hunted my results out again and will be giving them a serious go. Thank you.

I believe this company is also known as TMI TESTING. A complete joke. I bought 2 tests through Wowcher and was expecting a kit in the post with instructions on what to do. When nothing arrived I realised it would be my responsibility to fill in an online form and send the samples paying for postage. I didn’t want to pay postage so I sent an email asking for a refund (I was well within the 14 day cool off period). I heard nothing so emailed again. Still nothing! So I called. I was told TMI Testing would not refund because I used a third party to order. There is no mention of this in their returns policy. Personally I think this company is a scam! I’m now speaking to Wowcher to try and get my money back.

Oh no I wish I had looked at this b4 ordering you can't get in touch with them their answer machine keeps telling me it is out of hours when it is not, this company needs reporting AVOID

The GSL testing is an absolute scam. I purchased the Bile and Cortisol tests and tested me on the Creatinine which I do not want to have and charged me $400. They said that my Creatinine Levels were very low and I had toxins in my biles. When I had my Creatinine and Bile ducts checked at my family physician, the tests were all normal.

I would give a big 0 if I could . Ordered 2 of these tests and 2 months later still no reply from company and Thank goodness I purchased through Pay Pal . I finally got my money back from them , but I had to jump through so many hoops. BigScam !Don’t do it !

Absolute scam.

Paid money for 2 tests. No email received.
Emailed them 3 times with no reply.

I have had money taken off my bank account and still no contact from the company. I have sent email after email to them with no reply. Beginning to think this is a scam.

Bought two tests. Received no confirmation email so have no access to test reference numbers. No way of contacting them. Live chat doesn't exist. Contacted PayPal straight away to try and get money back.

Saw this company advertising Sensitivity checks in Australia, I thought it'd be great to find out as my partner has a few issues. They used an Australian Web address and showed everything in AUD and even setup a Australian address to send the kits to. At no time did it say they kits had to be sent to the UK ( when questioned they said it's in their FAQs) at no time did they say it's actually charged in GBP and subsequently got charged foreign conversion fees from my bank. When I questioned the company and pointed out they were not honest in their advertising of this service, all they had to say was, "we understand your frustrated ". Yeah frustrated doesn't cover it, be up front and honest no matter what country you're supposedly servicing. You've been reported to the Australian watchdog for false and misleading advertising.

I ordered 2 Kits
2 months ago and have not received them! There is no way to contact them. Complete scam!

Purchased 5 kits thru paypal weeks ago..tried to contact the company,I have received nothing thru email except receipt for payment..no response and no response thru paypal either..I thought I would receive kits since paypal was showing there was a tracking number(but was never able to obtain it)..this is a SCAM and next is my bank I will be contacting...lost $179 :(

I recently purchased two test kits for myself and my partner. I came to find only after purchasing the product that it is not an actual kit you receive in the mail, instead you receive a bunch of spam looking type emails requiring you to click on a sketchy link to verify the purchase. They require you to send in a hair sample that could easily be used to perform other kinds of tests that you did not agree to.

Save your money!! I wasted my money on the "kits" and when I reached out to customer service, was denied a refund with no recourse. If you purchase from Global Health Tests USA, you better be ready to eat the cost as they do not refund paying customers who have not verified or submitted test kits.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER FROM A REPUTABLE AND EFFICIENT COMPANY WHO ALLOWS FOR REFUNDS.

Placed order on 11th March 2024. No email confirmation received no product sent . Have raised dispute as paid via PayPal. Scam

I sent my sample and within a few days of sending my test I received my results. I had taken a very expensive (blood) food sensitivity test - 2 years ago from a different company. I wanted to test my son, so I bought 2 tests one for me and one for my son. I was planning to compare my previous results with these new results and they are very similar. I believe this information is very helpful.

I used this company for tests about 3 years ago and was happy with their service and results.
My recent experience was a bit more frustrating but ended well.
They're definitely not a scam, maybe just under staffed...

I made an order for a test with global health tests it’s a scam audit in August they took all the money from PayPal no tests and they cannot be contacted I hope you’re enjoying the $70 you scammed me out of you dogs get to feed your family this week

Do NOT buy these kits. It is a scam. I purchased directly from them, using PayPal, and never received anything. I had to open a claim. They said they don’t send kits, they send emails with links to instructions and that they’d send me the link once the PayPal claim was closed, apparently they “cannot resend the info if there is an open claim”. If closed with Pay Pal you will lose your money as they will not reopen a closed case DO NOT PURCHASE. I am still trying to get a refund.

So far, so good. I had problems with the website and accidentally placed multiple orders. A very sharp representative, Lucie caught it and notified me to clarify. Thank you!

Waited for months and did not get any feedback on the sample that I sent in. No reply on emails. Just a fraud in my eyes. Another lesson learned.
