These scammers claim that the reviews here are not genuine, but every single one is true. When I reached out to them about my WiFi not working in Taiwan and Hong Kong, all they did was insist that my WiFi had already been activated. When I questioned how that was possible since I had never used it before, they just kept repeating the same nonsense without offering any real help. Their online customer service was incredibly rude, and eventually, they even blocked my messages. Stay far away from these scammers!
