Global Publishing Network made the whole process so easy. Their communication was excellent. There was no limit to the number of changes and tweaks offered. They worked quickly and efficiently, and I was very pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend them!

I had a deeply disappointing and extremely frustrating experience with Global Publishing Network.

I initially reached out to publish my book online after a friend recommended them. That decision quickly turned into a nightmare. The book was published on Amazon with multiple errors, and despite repeatedly requesting corrections, I had to follow up several times before anything was even partially fixed—after at least three failed attempts on their end.

On top of that, I ordered 400 printed copies through them. One month later, I still had nothing. When I contacted them to ask for an update, they told me I had “cancelled the order,” which is completely false and makes no sense. I never cancelled anything. Up to this day, I still have no books and no clear explanation.

The level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. What’s even more shocking is seeing so many 5-star reviews, because my experience was the complete opposite. I genuinely feel misled and left without support.

Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this service based on what I went through.
