Do not buy from them. They will take your money and then stop responding or contacting you.

Don’t order from them
Don’t order from them. They sell counterfeit products, they have no proof that they get products from brand directs. They claim to be 24/7 online call/customer service, but they don’t pick up or return calls

False again, I asked for a refund due to your product being counterfeit according to Amazon not because I couldn’t sell. I don’t appreciate slander. All I’ve got from my assistant is that you have sent a LOA from global mart authorizing my business to sell the product, but it’s got denied on Amazon. My account has been deactivated and problems arise ever since I purchased wholesale from global mart whole…I haven’t got an update that the product was received/acquired from the actual brand direct and that’s what I’ve been waiting for, but you guys are just delaying constantly. I need an LOA directly from the brand or something that proves authenticity. It’s been over a month now. Until you’re able to fix the situation, this will be my latest update.

We strongly deny your claims. All products we sell are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized B2B distributors or directly from the brands.
We provide verified supply chain documentation to any customer upon request and according to our records, we have already shared an official letter of authorization and invoice with you via email to address your concerns related to your Amazon account.
WE STILL REMAIN OPEN TO VALIDATING THE AUTHENTICITY OF YOUR ORDER IF AMAZON CONTACTS US ON YOUR BEHALF.
You placed an order with us and received the products at the address provided on prompt delivery time. Now, weeks later you are requesting a return because you cannot sell the items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns for reasons unrelated to product issues. Posting a negative review with false claims after we rejected such a request is misleading and unethical.
We accept returns ONLY IF products have any issues from our end for example, if items are damaged or differ from what was ordered.
Regarding customer service, our line operates Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST. Calls outside these hours may not be answered immediately, but all emails and calls are returned promptly during business hours.
If you have a legitimate concern, please email sales@globalmartwholesale.com with your invoice so we can review and address it.
