There are so many good things to say about Globalization Partners. Put simply, they deliver! They deliver with their platform; It is easy to use and does not require lengthy training to get comfortable with. They deliver with their service; Working with the team to onboard new employees is fast, accurate, and there is clear communication throughout the process. Lastly, they deliver with their account managers; Adrian Salazar is our assigned account manager. Adrian is knowledgeable of the platform and provides helpful advice. When we are confronted with challenges and need creative solutions, or even a little bit of handholding while we work through it, Adrian is there to help.
