Waiting for partial refund more then 9 weeks and calling them every day to ask for update but every day same answer money will be there tomorrow or after 2 days but not money receive yet.

This company is a total scam! Reported it with my bank which will take a necessary action for the fraudulent work happening in this company. Once you booked a ticket via their website, they will deduct the money from your bank without any eticket! And, they will tell you that the flight price has increased and basically you will left with no choice but to get the ticket for whatever price they will say! They will also mention that the initial ticket that you booked is a standby ticket! This business should never allow to operate in the U.K! Ombudsman and Companies House must revoke the license to operate!

I bought the 4 passenger London to Colombo online. Then they told me, 3 passengers confirmed. Pay extra money to another passenger we will book it.
This is way to take more money to passengers. It is not right. Tickets worth £1767 pounds. Then I cancel it. I complained the bank also. My money back in my account after 35 days.

I bought a cheap ticket from them and then...nothing, no email, no acknowledgement, nothing. Got to their online support and they told me I had purchased a standby ticket and so they don't issue tickets and I was 13 in line. How on earth can they sell me a standby ticket without clearly notifying me and what was I expected to do, just turn up? If a deal looks to good then it probably is, deal with this company at your own peril!

Avoid this people they have fake prices they will take your money and after call you make some excuses but never pay them again. They have to pay you back on section 75 do not trust this people they have another two websites

This travel agency is not fair. They process your booking and then try to negotiate with you to get more money especially on return flights. I am waiting for their call back and I will update the review

i booked flight for my family , i was told i should receive E-Tickets within 48hours

2 days later they called to say the return flight was no longer available at same price. Tried to waitlist us!

After further calls they then asked me to pay £1000 extra for flights with a different airline, proving that the original outbound flight was indeed not booked and that they had lied!!

The whole thing is an awful scamming sales tactic, intentionally listing outdated, lower fares to entice people in and trying to convince people they have no choice but to pay more, rather than cancel and book elsewhere.

Reported to my bank and confirmed it is fraud (and a direct breach of card scheme rules). I will also report to advertising standards.

It’s the worst travel company I’ve seen. I booked a return flight on websites, but they couldn’t get tickets for me, they asked me to pay more and changed the flight, which I can’t, because I booked hotels already, I can’t change the date. So I asked them to make refund , but they refused. So if anyone read this message, please don’t book any flights with them, they are scammers. I am still waiting for my refund.

Really disappointed, as I purchased tickets almost a month ago. Fine print instructs to inquire if e-ticket info isn't received. I didn't receive any further information or communication. I sent email after a few days, inquiring about it. No reply. Having had much business and multiple flights in the interim, I never thought to pursue it again, but I realized today I had never heard back from them and didn't remember receiving my ticket info. I called, and was happy someone answered, although in a most unprofessional manner, just a "hello". No identification of the company I am speaking to. Much to my surprise, the transaction is off, and they were happy to note that I had not been billed for it. But please PLEASE reply to my inquiries!! They sent a reply immediately after I inquired about it, as a reply to my inquiry letter. After asking them what they could do to make it right, they offered the same ticket for $400 more than the original sale. So, I bought a ticket direct from the airline for ONLY $300 more! I am disappointed that they never apologized, let alone taking a bit of a cut on a ticket that would work for me. There are too many sketchy things about this company. I don't trust them

Received flight confirmation through email and when I requested to make a change to the flight they asked to call me. When they called, they told me that the flights that were booked were not available and tried to upcharge me to over 2K total (which was more than half of what I was expected to pay). When I told individual that I wanted to just cancel my booking his tone became very annoyed and he just responded with okay, it's been cancelled you won't get charged and hung up. I waited 10 minutes to see if I'd receive a cancellation email but never did. So i called the customer service number again and another individual answered and requested my confirmation number again and confirmed all my booking. He then tried to tell me that all the selections I had was no longer available and that the best he can find was now $1900. I told individual that I just wanted to cancel the booking and they put me on hold again and then told me that it was noted on my confirmation number that I wanted it cancelled. I asked if I would receive a cancellation email and they did not answer my question and said that that the flight was never booked because they (Global Flt Catcher) receive the request and then when it is confirmed they send the booking to the airlines (which in my case isn't what happened right away I guess). When I said, so I have to contact the airline to confirm that my flight was cancelled they quickly said, no you do not have to contact the airlines because they did not send my booking yet and that they already cancelled it.

This is what happens when prices are too good to be true...thanks Sky Scanner for showing me this offer. I am currently contacting delta to ensure that my booking was indeed cancelled, and I will be keeping an eye out on my bank account for any charges.

Don't let this happen to you!

You book a flight for cheap, you get a confirmation number but no flight is actually booked. When you call to see why there's no booking, they try to sell you a much higher priced ticket.

Advertise flights that they don't have, make you enter your payment information, then when they call you, they say they don't have the flight option that you reserved and try to upsell you. And the agent won't take no for an answer. I will be monitoring my credit card closely to ensure they don't charge me.
