Decent course....good introduction to a new industry, clear and easy to understand, engaging content. Mock test provided for practice before the main test at the end. Would use Global Edulink again.

I have purchased a course and I have not been given my exam voucher to book the exam. i have tried communicating with their representatives on multiple occasions and followed the procedure the course describes but I have not received and response. This is unfair and unacceptable.

Completed extended diploma in strategic mangement and leadership over 6 months ago. Never once replied to any phone calls throughout the course, rarely reply to emails. Provided letter saying I have passed but won't issue the certificate. 2 Collegues having exactly the same experience.
Take months to grade submissions making a 3 month course last two years.

The course website is exceptionally well-structured at first glance. It offers a seamless user experience that reflects thoughtful design and academic clarity. I like the intuitiveness of the navigation and the structured way and colours in which the content is logically organized into clearly labelled modules, making it easy to track progress and revisit key materials. The way in which the multimedia and resources makes it easy to explore and the cool colour coded sections are very well put together from light blue to darker blue helping to track progress is phenomenal. This is very excellent way of helping SEN students with attention and drawing them to the site - it is not too loud nor too dormant , just right. I find it enhances both engagement and retention. I am drawn to the website immediately on logging on as it gives me a calm feeling and makes me think this is going to be a very good experience.

The thing that most resonates with me is the way in which every section is aligned and easy to access, this tells me that the emphasis on clarity and accessibility are in the right place. This is what I am looking for because it resonates with my own learning preferences. This consistent layout will prevent me form being distracted and help me to focus primarily on the subject matter. This platform I believe will not only support my learning goals but as it is the first website I have seen so far being so excellent in its layout and structure, of resources and courses and high standard of online education and delivery of provisions, I think it deserves 5 stars.
I believe though that the fact that the advert about help with payments keep popping up ever so often is a distraction. I would have preferred it to be at the very beginning at the start and once I am navigating the site it lies dormant. It is becoming a bit of a nuisance to me. as it is popping up much too often. Probably creating a link somewhere at the side if I need it later on would help.

Global Edulink's course is very helpful in my career as a university lecturer. The course is well-structured, easily accessible, and the allowed time to complete the course is reasonable. Their response to my every inquiry is satisfying.
Wish Global Edulink more and more successful!

I purchased the OPERA Cloud Property Management System (PMS) course from Global Edulink on 2nd July 2025, after confirming with their customer service and reading their website that I would receive 3 months free access to the Opera Cloud software.

I submitted the access request form on 3rd July and followed up multiple times. On 18th July, they emailed confirming that access would be granted by 30th July and my course access would be extended to compensate for the delay.

It is now 12th August, and I still have no login credentials, no software access, and no further communication. Multiple emails requesting updates and a refund have been ignored.

This is unacceptable and feels like misrepresentation — they advertised a service they did not deliver, and their customer service is completely unresponsive. I will now be reporting them to Trading Standards and the ASA.

I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this provider to be aware of this experience.

I’ve had a great experience with Global Edu Link! The courses are super easy to follow, well-organised, and actually enjoyable to study. I had a wonderful experience

My daughter started new job and she needed some specific area training. We were able to identify the right Course and she worked on it, passed the tests and improved her proficiency substantially. The Team helped us fix a problem that I had caused accidentally when I originally ordered the Course.

All-in-All, the Course work was valuable, the Service was outstanding. My daughter identified other courses that will enable her to become even more proficient.

It is heartwarming to have an experience like this. My daughter and I were totally pleased.

Global Edulink has dedicated and experienced tutors and provides an excellent e-learning platform with numerous resources. The tutors' guidance and the resources provided enabled me to successfully complete my CIPD course study with an excellent result.

Although all of my concerns about my studies were addressed, there is still room for improvement in terms of response time.

I recommend Glodbal Edulink as a learning partner for anyone looking to upskill or obtain a global professional qualification.

Awesome support as I journey in my Level 4 Certification Course

I completed a Course in Data Security Compliance at Global Edulink. The course was well structured, delivered by a real instructor, as opposed to an AI voice or image. He provided clear instructions as well as examples of failure in Data Security and the types of social engineering attacks you might face. I was really happy and would work with them again.

Great experience. Kasuni Williams my tutor was very professional, supportive and responsive throughout my studies of completing a CMI level 7 extended diploma in leadership and management. I requested her to be my tutor again for another course I purchased: level 7 extended diploma in leadership and management pre MBA, which she got me an amazing discount for. Overall great experience.
