Awful customer service, package arrived empty!
So id like to start with how I've ordered of this site multiple times, it always arrived on time and always got my package. But on this order (2 ram sticks) the box arrived but with only the empty packaging of ram, I sent them an email regarding this matter and got a response response lacked empathy and did not offer a solution to the problem. While I appreciate that the company may have investigated the matter and checked the footage, the fact remains that I received an empty box, which was highly disappointing, especially since it was meant to be a gift for a friend's birthday.
I would of appreciated it if it was investigated further and provided a solution.
here is the response I got:
"We already had the footage checked and we guarantee that the package left here in perfect condition, and with the ram memories inside."
This doesn't resolve anything, they may aswell not even responsed. It doesn't resolve the fact that I have recieved an empty box!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Excellent service
I ordered my new laptop (with 20% discount), priced lower than any other website or local store. They promised a delivery in less than 48 hours, and they made it. The cargo was received by me in excellent condition. They had done an excellent job in packaging the laptop well, so the CTT had a reasonably easy job to accomplish.Everything was as described, I spent a full day transferring all my data from my old laptop to this one. Thank you very much. I'm gonna be a full-on customer of this website. :)

Love the design, the clean look.
So far it has been running smoothly and quietly. Never have I experienced such a smooth and effective thermal solution. Nothing bad to point out. It was a thorough search to fit my need and I can absolutely say that it exceed my expectations.
