Excellent delivery schedules and customer service
I've ordered entire Desktop PC setups from Global Data and everything has always gone without a hassle and very efficiently.
Only minor issue I've had is the return policy where you need to make another account to their customer support website, prove that a minor item is in mint condition no matter if you received it an hour ago, then pay for the return mailing yourself if you can't deliver in person.
Other than that, I've never had a problem with this store and would highly recommend doing business here.
Customer support is exceptional.

The product arrived in great conditions and meeting the expectations. The delivery was fast once the product was ready to be shipped. This was a very close to a 5 stars experience, being the only downside not being able to contact the company at all when there was a delay, and I could not get any information about why and when the deliver would be completed. Once I posted it in here, then this is when the company reached out to me. Then they were very friendly and fast. Problems with deliveries happen and are fine. The issue really lays on not being able to get information on what is happening.

Terrible shipping
Bought a pc case that arrived with broken connecting points because they shipped the case on the original box with really poor padding (only the original, no extra from them). The box arrived with a hole in it and severely deformed. Will never buy fragile items from them again. The solution was to return my money since they don’t have more stock except they didn’t refund the shipping so lost 4€ on that. Really disappointed since i’ve spent 600€ on ram and ssd and they shipped it properly but because it was a 45€ case this time they didn’t bother at least using the plastic air bubbles on the sides...
Not a 1 star because the support staff was helpful and nice. Also shipping was quick (still trash but quick) and they “solved” the problem within 1-2 days.
Lost money because of their carelessness and won’t support them again.
