First of all, this company was called THESOCIALPROXY.COM
Their reputation online is 3 Stars so they started with a fresh name GlobalByte. Only the name is fresh because everything else became even worse.
They claim online:
✔ Real mobile IPs with 100–400 Mbps speed performance - THIS IS A LIE. Their proxies don't give you more than 20-30 Mbps (and this is THE BEST you can get out of them. Most of the time their proxies are dead and they keep saying BECAUSE IT'S PICK TIME AND SOMETIMES THE SPEED IS BLABLABLA)
✔ Support 24/7 - THIS IS A LIE TOO. They read my message on Telegram but never reply. I have 2 serious problems and their ignored:
1. They stole my credits. I had $2,982.43 in credits and without any explanation the cut around $2,500. Started a chat about this situation on Telegram on Dec 23, they read my message but never replied. Today is Dec 30. """Support 24/7""" 😄😄😄
2. I wanted to cancel few of my subscriptions, the website let me cancel just one BUT could not cancel any other and gave me "internal issue" error. Texted them about this problem, they read the message but never replied. I was charged again for subscriptions I intended to cancel but their website didn't let me do it. Their "24/7 support" didn't help as well.
So you making this big claims on the internet about your 400mbs proxies and 24/7 customer service is a nonsense. Stop lying. Fix your company (if we can even call this a "company"). Your service sucks completely but you have the confidence to market it as one of the best? Shame on you!!!
