They were able to unlock my Samsung s25 + which is a brand new phone, the cost was a bit more than I would hope but overall I'm happy with the outcome and they're ability to have overcome some of the issues in real time and communicated with me the whole time and in the end it was much worth the price seeing on how I now am able to use a phone worth 1000$

Dear Support Team,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with your service. I paid 20 credits to unlock a Samsung device (Model: G998U), but the phone remains locked and no solution has been provided.
This situation feels misleading and unprofessional. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will consider this service fraudulent and take appropriate action, including reporting it to relevant platforms and communities.
I demand an immediate resolution—either a successful unlock or a full refund of the deducted credits.
I reloaded money because my model appeared on the page, but when I try to unlock my cell phone, it tells me that it is not compatible, I have asked them for a refund through WhatsApp and various ways and they do not respond to me, they are thieves and I sent them the capture of the payment made. Do not use this service, they are complete thieves.
customer service is poor. Support does not answer questions when their software mess you up
very good unlocking software but there are phones that it does not unlock it does not refund credits other than that very good tool
