I will never use this company again
I will never use this company again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing tickets from them. The tickets were massively overpriced, and despite months of follow-up, I only received the actual ticket three days before the event. What was advertised as a “package” turned out to be nothing more than a standard entry ticket, with no access to the music as promised. Incredibly misleading, deceptive, and a complete rip-off.

Very good ticket package with extras included
Global Tickets kept me up to date with my booking and informed me of any changes - i queried when the tickets would arrive and received an email the next day to let me know they would arrive via email within few days (a week before the booking start date) - when i checked the tickets i noticed there were complimentary tickets to other events during the race weekend such as after session concerts and general admission to tourist places like Louvre and Qasr al Watn valid throughout my trip

Horrible Costumer Service
I bought my ticket for Brazil 2026 and "to confirm" they're asking for the back of my credit card!!!! And as if that wasn't enough, when I refused to send MY CREDIT CARD, they took away my ticket. They only replies with automatic answers so nobody helped me when I first approached to ask why did they need a photo with my data !!!

There's less than a week left until the final in Abu Dhabi, and I still haven't received my tickets. I paid 2,000 euros for them in July, and this looks like a scam. Support can't say anything useful.

So bloody easy, will use again!
The tickets we chose for the Brazil F1 were amazing, best views, best action and easy to use. I must admit I was sceptical as they never arrived until a few days prior to the event and we had friends who bought tickets on another platform that never worked, so that emphasised how great these guys were. I will definitely use them again.

CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE POLICY
This is specifically addressing the Travel Package Insurance Policy regarding the "Cancel For Any Reason Option". Purchasers should be aware that this is not a cash refund option.
The exact terms are not disclosed until you purchase the travel package. Upon reading the terms, I notified Customer Service within minutes that I did not want the insurance.
I told them it was a misrepresentation at best to offer a blanket cancellation option up front then add a bunch of detailed fine print afterwards.
I also asked to speak with a product manager or that they at least disclose the insurance terms up front on the website. The customer service representative declined both of these requests and also declined to refund the payment for the insurance.

Compré unas entradas para la fórmula 1 en Hungría en julio del 2025 y aún estoy esperando el regalo que pagamos (premium fan package) que se incluía en la entrada (con coste adicional). Me dijeron que el proveedor no les había proporcionado los productos y los que contratamos esta opción nos hemos quedado sin ellos y sin el dinero.

I absolutely do not recommend booking with this company; it's a fraud.
I bought tickets (me and my son) for the Formula 1 in Hungary in July 2025, and I'm still waiting for the gift we paid for (the premium fan package) that was included with the ticket (with an additional cost). They told me the supplier hadn't provided them the products, (and those of us who purchased this option) have been left without them and without our money back.
IT'S A FRAUD, beware!!…
