I would give no stars if I could. Ordered shoes Feb 3rd and still never got my shoes. They don't reply to emails and I've asked for my money back over a month ago and they said I will receive my money within 7 days and I still do not have my money back! Now they aren't replying to any more emails!

Never received our product that we paid for horrible horrible and never responded do not buy from this company

Ordered 4/23/17. Still no shoes and company is not responding to emails. No way to call. Looks like this is standard operating procedure. Suspect fraud.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE I ORDERED SHOES MARCH 22 AND STILL NO SHOES, I CANT GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE. THEY KEEP EMAILING AND SAYING THEY ARE ON THERE WAY BUT NO LUCK STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY..

We ordered shoes in January but it is June and the order is still not filled. We have contacted them via email (the only contact method) and receive the same response 60+ times now, give us a few more weeks. I asked for my money back and got the same response. I am reporting them to everyone who will listen, just as I promised them I would.

This company is a fraud! Promised delivery within 7 weeks. At 7 weeks I emailed & they said it'd be another 2 to 3 weeks & I'd receive an email with delivery information. It's now going on nearly 5 months & they refuse to answer emails now. I've disputed the charges with my cc company. Don't be fooled! They are FRAUDS!!!

10 weeks later and I still havent received my shoes! I am going to call my bank to report this as fraud. I emailed the contact email address and they just sent me an automated message. It sucks because the shoes looked okay. Now I am extremely upset because I waited all this time for nothing and I could have bought new shoes somewhere else by now. Glitter kicks is a rip off and I hope they get shut down.

Ordered shoes 4.23.17 and have not received any information about my order...no return emails and no response on Facebook

This is a scam! I ordered shoes on march 12, 2017. Its now over 3 months later. A month ago i sent them an email asking about my order. The response was "so sorry, we rush your order right away" They have since stopped responding to my emails and still no shoes!

My son who is a Private in the U.S Army ordered a pair of these shoes while he's away as a late birthday present to surprise me. He ordered them back in April and I have yet to receive them. When contacted I seem to be getting the same answer everyone else is getting. They are behind and will be another 2 weeks except 3 weeks have come and find since I could tacked them and still nothing! Scam DO NOT BUY rip off they steal your money and then continue to charge his account on a monthly for insurance!!

so unhappy been waiting 2 months worse company ever very impossible to get in touch with them , spent over 100$ don't order from them

I ordered a pair of shoes a couple of days before my birthday (02.13.17) and they are still not here (05.21.17), in the beginning they say 3-7 weeks to ship. I also signed up for lifetime glitter warranty and they are crediting my card every month $3 for a pair of shoes they yet to deliver to me. Last week (05.16.17) i received an email from the company saying the same thing as in every other email, "The shoes take up to 3-7 weeks to ship, we have a back up on some styles". I proceeded with an email back telling them to deliver my shoes asap or send a response by tomorrow, (05.18.17) and if those thing do not happen i'll get ahold of my credit card company. It's currently now (05.21.17) and i yet have my shoes, or even an email back from Glitterkicks.com. DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! very very disappointed.

Still didn't receive my shoes it's a SCAM they have not answered any of my emails and it's been 6 weeks don't deal with them now my bank is going after them not good

If I could give negative 0 stars, I would. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!! All of the reviews on their site are FAKE! This company is made up of a bunch of theives. A total disgrace to mankind. DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THIS SCAM!!!!! Buy from a reputable company!!!!

So disappointed, ordered my shoes the end of February and should Have received them no later then April 8th well that has come and gone. Emailed them no response, further investigation found through their Facebook and the internet found they have a reputation for being a scam company. Will charge upwards of $300 for custom shoes but won't deliver. Very sad.
