Ordered a tshirt for a birthday present and still no word or reply to any email as to where my order is. Money has been taken off my card and ill fight to get it back out if principle!

Don't order!!
I ordered 4 T-shirt’s a week ago, Friday morning. My money has been taken, yet no goods have arrived. I have sent several email, messaged via Facebook page and called the number on the website yet I have not had one response from any of these methods to explain the situation. This is seeming like a ‘sham’ company and I would not give them my money!
I will update if I ever hear back- but will be going about trying to get my money back! Disgusting customer service.
Update: the order has arrived - ordered 12/3/2021- delivered 22/3/2021. I still haven’t received one reply from the company via any method. I’m am happy to have received the T-shirt’s- which are very good quality but the communication needs to be looked at.

Great store, good quality hoodies, fast delivery
Was looking on amazon for Among Us merchandise, and there where lots of chinese imports. Reading the reviews people where complaining that the hoodies where more like T shirt fabric weight, so i decided to look elsewhere. Stumbled across glitched.co.uk. I checked them out here and was a little hessitant due to lack of reviews. Well what can i say, i ordered yesterday they where delivered today, and the quality is fantastic. The hoodies are thick and cosey warm. The Royal Blue colour is deep and richer than in the photo which is great. would recomend these people anyday! Well worth the extra couple of quid for a decent hoodie. thanks :)

Fantastic, well priced Gamers merchandise.
My grandchildren wanted specific Gaming motif clothing. I stumbled across Glitched, which is a relatively near company that I’d never heard of. Having paid Amazon £79 for 2 gaming hoodies as Christmas gifts, that didn’t arrive on time, although ordered 6 weeks in advance, I decided to give Glitched a go. I got 3 excellent themed hoodies for under £50, with free postage. I am happily surprised with the quality of all 3. They were delivered within a week. Excellent result.
