Essentially a marketing SPAM company
BEWARE: As soon as you enter your email address you are bombarded with emails, including from France, Hong Kong, Suisse and strangely NZ. This is an on-seller who gets paid for supplying your details to a 3rd party. You will be spammed and possibly scammed if you are not careful.
If want genuine comparisons go to Consumer or Money Hub and other similar genuine organisations. Or do the research yourself.
Seems like a fraud scam company
Seems like a fraud company got a call random at 8 pm and started offering 30 %off for no reason , quite a fraud company , possible scammer
Just had a very pushy phone call
Just had a very pushy phone call with someone who was insistent that I move to a particular provider. She didn't want to take no for an answer and wanted to sign me up then and there. She got testy when I said I wanted to do research and gave me lots of reasons why this deal was the best and she thought I should take it. Definitely seemed to have a vested interest and was bad mothing my current provider. Didn't seem unbiased at all.
Prepare to be harassed
Told the first person who called that I was going to stay with my current provider - 5 missed calls the two days after. Have asked them to remove me off their calling list - but sent me an email today and they make it impossible to unsubscribe
Don't Use Them.
Don't Use Them.
You need to enter your details to access the comparison infoprmation. Then they pass on your phone number to people who harass you with phone calls.
useless, terrible service
Don't ring if you cant offer anything, use the address you have to find this information out first. Time wasters
Fake subscription made out I'd…
Fake subscription made out I'd consented to credit check. Unwanted call after visiting website. Spam emails now.
Extremely misleading for power quotes
Extremely misleading for power quotes! They claim to do the searching round to find the best deal for you - but only had prices from 2 providers for my address (urban Wellington). Looks like they're being incentivised by Nova this month as the prices shown for the other provider are vastly inflated, much higher than you get if you go onto their site. When challenged on this they stated they get passed through different rates that providers have on their sites. So this service is completely pointless for power comparisons! As others mentioned, you'll get numerous phone calls too.
Incessant cold calls from 2 Degrees…
Incessant cold calls from 2 Degrees after simply looking. Don't take no for an answer then get rude.
Being harassed by phone calls
Comparison info looked interesting, I had to put in name, phone and email to get it. Now someone is calling me regularly (barely speaks English), I asked her to stop, she called again, i blocked the number and she's calling me from another number now.
Harassment and possible conflict of interest
Feel absolutely harassed, feel like the lady that rung me is on the payroll for 2 degrees, pushed a plan and when I said I need to check upload and download speeds she hung up, would not recommend this company to anyone
Harassment
Done a power compare online, now they call me atleast 4 times a day. have blocked two of their numbers but keep ringing off a different ones.
I felt so harassed with these people
I felt so harassed with these people! Initially I made an enquiry online to be contacted which they called a few hours later. When we spoke the lady I got was nice and all gave me all the information I required that day. By the end I said thank you so much but I will need to think about it. Followed by a long silence from her and then she said I’ll be missing out. I said allgood but I need think about it. She then got pushy and I said sorry but can’t you please understand that I need to think about this. Then when the call ended every single day 2-3 times a day glimp called me for like a week. I finally answered and it was the same lady and then I said take me off your phone list this is becoming harassment. Be careful.
Cool guy
Good attitude, good talking voice, good manners and responsive
No fuss
No fuss and easy to get things sorted, given that it is the second time we have used Glimp however it would be more useful if they retained our last utilities details including account numbers so that they are prepared when we next use Glimp.
It was great help
It was great help! Aisake has been really professional and guided us through.
