I ordered my soles 2 months ago, and still haven't received them. No information or anything. I've emailed 3 times and just get told they are sorry and will arrive soon. Still haven't received anything.

Not as advertised
Not as advertised. The website looks brilliant. Placed quite a large order. Initial poor delivery delays but when they did finally arrive it was a classic case of “shipped from China” and not as flexible or anywhere near what the website shows (the ones i received were poor quality and something similar to whats sent via Temu - thicker plastic and nowhere near as stretchy as whats on the website). Beware - the items you’ll receive are NOTHING LIKE WHAT THE WEBSITE ADVERTISES. Very, very disappointed. I gather Nike and Adidas are due to release their own so I’d highly recommend purchasing from there when they do come available.

That said, this isn’t the experience we aim to deliver. Glide Soles are designed to be heat-mouldable - simply add hot water to soften them for a more precise fit across different shoe shapes and sizes.
We take product quality seriously and are continuously improving both materials and quality control based on customer feedback.
If you’re open to giving them another try, I’d be happy to send you a larger size. Just reach out to us directly and we’ll sort that for you.

Took these up Mt. Snowdon for a hike and surprisingly the grip was better than my hiking boots on the gravel and wet rocks!
