Tri Screen Pro Monitor Extender 15.6" × 1. They never turned up so I emailed the company only for that not to get through. They were keeping me up to date all the way from 31st March till midday of April and now you can't get on the site at all. They took our money. Be careful not to use this company they are rip off merchants

Ordered a triple screen from them, had shipping tracking up to a few days ago, then all gone. blocked from site and emails rejected. total scam. do not buy. advertising on facebook and other places. I will try and contact my bank I made the payment from. Luckily only £30 but could of been a lot more. Lesson learnt, never buy from facebook.

Miss selling products, ordered a multi screen for lap top. It didn’t arrive they after emailing replied it’s been lost they will re send it by 13th May. It didn’t arrive no contact from them I have had to email them for update

Wish I seen these reviews before purchase. Too good to be true did spring to mind but It was entertaining watching the tracking advice for the first couple of weeks. When the item allegedly arrived in the UK the delays happened, then the website disappeared. Will try to get money back via bank.

Absolute joke. Ordered the monitor screens that plug into your laptop. Emailed them asking where my order was, they replied with a tracking link which no longer works. Email now bounces back, their original website no longer exists either. Contacted my bank to get my money back as no way of contacting this company.

SCAM - same issue as others on here - fake tracking / fake website / fake account and doesn’t even get to a landing page .

I got same experience like other I ordered triple laptop screen extender 6 weeks ago not arrived yet the tracking information not making any senses at all . Also contacted the company no any response now I can’t access to the website too . Full scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a triple laptop screen extender well over 6 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. The tracking information provided updates that made no sense.
I contacted them via email to receive an apology and tell me it is on its way. Now the tracking company link stopped working completely and said the tracking number was unavailable.
Now the GLESCIA website itself is no longer accessible and emails are bouncing back stating undeliverable. Very disappointing experience to know you have been scammed, terrible communication.

Scam artist. Now operating as Optironix. Provided shipping number for screen extended through Shippenzo, but was late and then lost. Lisa from Glescia then offered to reorder but now their website is down and new tracking doesn’t work. Scam artist.

I ordered a triple laptop screen extender well over a month ago and it still has not arrived. The tracking information provided was extremely suspicious from the beginning, with strange shipping updates that made no sense. Eventually, the tracking company (“Shipenzo” or whatever it’s called) stopped working completely and said the tracking number was unavailable.
Now the GLESCIA website itself is no longer accessible, which makes the whole experience feel like a scam.
I really wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order. Very disappointing experience, terrible communication, and absolutely no customer support.
If I could give negative stars, I would.

Glescia is a SCAM! I purchased a Trio Screen Monitor around 10th March as an ad came up on TikTok. I was provided with a tracking number which no longer works. I can see they now operating under a NEW name called “Optironix” on TikTok. I honestly wish I checked the reviews first.

SCAM!!!! Ordered over 8 weeks ago. No delivery fake shipping updates and now the website gone down and no email. Doesn’t deserve 1 star

Ordered a laptop extender. Sent fake email tracking. Went to email as still not received anything after 7 weeks of waiting. Can't get on website and emails are returning. Guess took money and ran

Ordered 27/03/2026. Various fabricated emails and shipping updates. Unable to access tracking from today. Scammed. Hope to receive some compensation moving forwards.

What a shame‼️ So, it's not even safe to buy online. I hope these guys are investigated and apprehended at some point. I believe they are still here read our messages. Shame on them

Definitely a scam sends you delivery data and a couple of weeks later all the links to track order disappear.

Absolutely do not trust this company. They are not legitimate at all. I was a fool and thought thats a great deal will have that. Never arrived. Will use a fake shipping company and send you updates so you believe it is coming - will be loads of emails but it will never turn up AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If not we’ll have told you
