High-level service

Earrings were just like in the photo. I was worried that the clasp would be weak, but it’s excellent. It arrived very well packaged and within the specified delivery time.
It was also nice to receive a pendant for free with the order.

Was told delivery would be on the 24th…

Was told delivery would be on the 24th of Feb. The product wasn't shipped until the 24th itself. This meant that the event they were NEEDED for is now going to not have them. I emailed to advise the importance of this, and had assurance. Now when I have contacted, replies are very slow with no apparent care.

Don't deliver on time got three different delivery dates and then they sent the wrong bracelet. Jewelry feels flimsy and cheaply made and also they did not send the free gift they advertised for valentines day.

Disappointing exchange service

Ordered a ring as a Christmas present. Ring arrived just in time however needed returned for exchange as was too big. Posted ring back with proof of postage on 29/12/25, I have tracked the ring so I know it arrived with Glencara early January '26, think it was the 5th. Now at least 7 weeks later I still have not received the ring back from Glencara nor any update on the status of the exchange. Have emailed customer service back and forth many times, they just keep asking me for a photo of my proof of postage (not sure why they would need this) and asking again for the new ring size (which I wrote on the form that I posted back with the ring therefore I don't know the size off hand as the ring is a present for someone else). Glencara said exchanges can take 2-3 weeks to process but we are way beyond this timeframe already. Really frustrated the return is taking this long and wondering am I actually ever going to get the ring back at all.

They ghost you!!

Spent £580 on a pendant & necklace for a Christmas present. When received the necklace was incredibly thin and not surprisingly has now broken. Very poor quality for the money spent. I would advise anyone to avoid Glencara.

So, a few days have passed. I have been asked by Glencara for more information which I have given. No form of personal contact or resolution has been received since, however I have had an email asking me to rate Glencara’s response & resolution! Absolute joke as I have been ghosted by this company since making my complaint. They are clearly a bunch of cowboys who have no concern over their product quality or customer service. Avoid these scammers.
