I am 37 years old and have been struggling with perimenopause symptoms since my hysterectomy but still have my ovaries. I struggle with hot flashes, low libido, weight gain, double chin, puffy face, low energy, fatigue with light headedness. I have been on my it for a week and I am getting better rest at night wake up feel refreshed. My libido is back finally. I am losing weight And double chin is going away along with my puffy face is slimming out. I am on my third mo. of these products, and what a difference. I suffer from bloating constipation and many other gut issues not to mention hot flashes an sleeplessness. The symptoms have slowly decreased if not gone completely. I stopped taking it for a week and all my symptoms returned!During that week I also gained 6 pds after restarting the weight is gone and I am feeling much better already. Hip pain almost gone
I'm 74 and for quite some time have suffered with severe pain in my right hip. I have been taking the Gleeful supplement for around a week and in that time my hip has gone from screaming pain most of the time to a bit of a twinge. I very rarely endorse products, but this stuff is amazing!

I started perimenopause this year, and have really been suffering with bloating, fatigue, horrible sugar cravings, breast tenderness, hip aches, trouble sleeping, sweating, etc. Essentially, you name it and I was getting it! I felt betrayed by my body which has always been trim and fit, and as an athlete, I need my body to be dependable. I researched supplements and found Gleefull, which is natural and seemed across the board to work for women who'd reviewed it. I was pleasantly surprised when I started these a week ago I wasn’t overweight but just had a small potbelly that I just couldn’t shift. This has now definitely gone. The roundness in my face seems to have gone down as well and my anxiety is now almost non-existent, my brain folk is also seemingly getting better to be honest. I was pretty sceptical but went into this with an open mind what I can say is if you’re at this stage this certainly will Not hurt you to give them a go obviously everybody is different but for me I can honestly say these have actually worked and I’m a little bit shocked.

I always thought menopause symptoms…
I always thought menopause symptoms were just hot flashes and weight gain. But I didn’t realize things like anxiety, joint stiffness, and feeling scatterbrained were part of it too. I started O30HS mostly for hot flashes (which are WAY better now), but what surprised me was how clear-headed and calm I’ve felt. I’m less reactive, more focused, and I can actually sit and enjoy a book again. That used to feel impossible. I’ve lost 4 pounds in 5 weeks and feel way less inflamed overall. Really thankful I found this.

I was not able to use the actual product due to a medical conflict unknown to me upon ordering, so I don't know if the product would have worked for me. BUT, I contacted the company with my problem, received an immediate response back from them and a refund was initiated before I received an email back from them stating they were issuing a refund. I would recommend this company to anyone and I am sad that I was not able to use the product. They were so very helpful and did not hesitate to help me.

Gleefull didn’t work for me
Gleefull didn’t work for me, more side effects than benefits. It’s been 2 weeks since I started it. I had vaginal spotting, acne, depression, insomnia and mild hot flashes. Some people had good effects from it but not for me. I am switching back to Hornone Harmony, it is very expensive but it is worth the price!

I’m 55 and the joint stiffness was starting to slow me down big time. Getting up from the couch felt like a project, and I was constantly rubbing my knees like someone twice my age. I started this supplement not expecting much but WOW. Within the first couple weeks, my joints felt less stiff, and I had more get-up-and-go. I’m 46 and have been feeling like a…
I’m 46 and have been feeling like a stranger in my own body for the last couple years. Insane bloating, low mood, hair thinning, and the kind of fatigue that no nap could fix. I’ve tried a handful of supplements and honestly had given up on most of them. Then I gave Over 30 Hormone Support a try. Feel Results quickly
I have started these O30HS 7 days ago. Day one i felt relief. Hip pain is decreased significantly, joint pain, decreased. I am falling asleep quicker at night. Anxiety decreased. Brain fog decreased. Hormonal Headaches, none so far. Little to no hot flashes. No Cold night sweats. Moodiness is decreased significantly. I feel good. Customer service was amazing. I was missing a bottle from my order and they shipped it immediately, the very next day i received it. They have emailed me with detailed instructions. I take 4 pills a day (2servings) because I am overweight. 200 lbs. I have tried many supplements for awhile now. Some just ok but none worked immediately like this has. Hoping to loose some meno belly soon. I am hopeful. Keep it up gleefull and I will be a lifetime customer. Keep the prices reasonable please so we can continue to afford it. I was only going to give 4 stars because I wanted to wait and see if I lose this belly bloat, but that's the only thing that hasn't improved for me...yet.
I'm only on day 10, and last night I had my first full night of sleep in almost 3 years... see ya hot flashes!
I've also noticed I have more energy (that was even before last night) and I'm not as achy. My tendons had all started to hurt about a month ago. That seems to be gone now too. Hopefully the belly bloat goes to the same place the hot flashes and tendinitis did !
