GLEAMONT is a scam & fraud

GLEAMONT is a scam & fraud. Made a purchase and it takes months so I asked for a refund, they even charged me for subscription that I never applied for, so 2 payments they took from me and still no products sent. Very bad company! Not worth risking buying from them.

bought a bag for 2 usd and got scammed

I bought a bag for 2 USD after doing a survey and adding every detail. I didn't receive the bag, and also, no refund was given to me. It's been 15 days, and now it automatically charges me directly from my card for a membership of 9$. I tried to log in to their website, but it kept asking for verification. I also emailed the support team, but there was no response. They are scammers.

Thank you for good service

To start, I am a pensioner and I saw a advert on my phone of a cell phone which I would like to buy for my wife as surprise. I did the transaction on my phone fully under the impression I am buying the phone from Takealot because there was a questionnaire that I have to complete and that was from Takealot. When I complete the transaction and open my bank account, I saw amount coming from my account for Gleamtone and GODIYSPOT. I could not see any orders etc. When I got home, I saw e-mails coming through from the two above companies with regards to my membership. I immediately sent a e-mail to bothe two companies asking them to cancel this membership which I don`t apply for. Both the companies support division respond immediately by say that my membership will be cancelled by 17 /7/25. This morning, I received a message from Diamond to tell me that he or she is working on my case, and they authorised a refund to me that was deducted from my account on behalf of Gleamtone. I thank out of the bottom of heart the way you handel my query.

I am being tricked

I ordered a bag from the facebook post made by gleamtone. After ordering and providing details of payment with my credit card, "claim gift" popped up. I clicked on that and I was tricked into subcribing with brush4fun.com. I cancelled the transaction and someone named EMILY emailed and promised to process the cancellation. Upon receiving my SOA from the bank, I am disappointed to see the deduction for the bag I ordered from gleamtone.com and a subscription fee from brush4fun.com which I taught was cancelled. And worst, I was deducted payment but have not received what I ordered!

excellent service :))

Thanks for partially resolving the issue, even so, the refund they gave me was not the proper one. On May 13th, They took 17.01 from my account, after I had already requested to cancel my subscription and they stated that I would no longer be charged. This was a robbery and a scam.

It is some type of scam.

It is some type of scam.
I got tricked into a membership through a birthday gift email supposed to be from Rituals Cosmetics.
Suddenly I had a membership that could charge me 43€ every 2 weeks and another membership with something similar that would charge me €63 every 2 weeks.
