Amongst the glass I purchased was a large sheet of beautiful green and yellow collage glass for a commission. Unfortunately, despite being well-packed, the courier mishandled the parcel, and it arrived broken.
Ian responded quickly, was kind and professional, and went above and beyond by offering a full refund—even though the damage was completely out of his hands. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care these days!

I ordered from this company for the first time and couldn’t believe how quick my ordered arrived. I ordered 10.30pm at night on the Thursday and my ordered arrived first thing Saturday morning super quick. The only one comment I have is a pack of pre cut circles were meant to have 14 in the pack but only had 12. I think they buy these in from another company so I don’t think this is necessarily their fault. Everything else was fine and looked really good and they even put in a free glass shaped bunny. Looking forward to trying out my new hobby.
