Amazing Customer Experience

Like it goes, we'd dropped some plates. The set was years old, but they were high quality and we were desperate for replacements. We'd see whole sets go online for absurd money. If you were willing to go International, you could sporadically get individual plates, if you were willing to pay ten time the cost in shipping. They were the only affordable source for replacements, and we were overjoyed to find them. More importantly, when we received them, they were perfect matches, identical to our old ones. Further, there was one issue, but they went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and completely, and communication was a pleasure. Highly recommend these folks, and very happy to have a full set of plates again.
