I havent got my item and showing its delivered. Waiting more than a month and sound like lost my money

Company debited £25.99 instead of £19.99, and has not responded to requests for explanation and refund of overcharged amount

I bought a weeding tool through their FB advertising campaign. The item travelled to the UK from China via California and when it finally arrived, turned out to be extremely poorly made bordering on dangerous, with sharp small bits sticking out. Getting it returned to get a refund requires one to send it back to China at your own expense.

Buyer beware!

Mums just been scammed from an fb advert. Bought something from Glasgow MU
For £14.99 then received an email from ‘comfort for you’ or something charging £17.90. I’ve advised her to call bank to try for a reverse on the card and cancel card immediately. DO NOT BUY

Terrible company. Bought a weeding tool but when I went to pay it zoomed through a process and took insurance and shipping costs that were not listed. Then when eventually the item arrived it doesn’t work. The fork head is not set at the right position. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

I waited weeks for my order to find it had been returned to sender as incorrectly addressed. Their solution was to send again, but charge me for postage & the "loss of their product!"
They have UK in their email address but they are in China!

Scam company! Said foundation was £13.99 online and took £22.40 from my account! Awaiting refund as told them that I didn’t want to order from a dishonest site!

Do not use this company. They keep changing their name. I never received my item. I don't understand why people don't use PayPal. I had a refund within an hour of reporting them.

Complete bunch of cowboys. Need to be removed.
They sent the blade but none of the attachments that are needed to actually attach it to the strimmer.
They took more money than they should have.
Then when I said send the attachments or refund me they told me to return it at my expense. As for the customer service they have no idea. Thought this was based in Glasgow itself but item supposedly came from America. So more false advertising Avoid this so called company like the plague. DO NOT USE. COMPLETE FRAUD

I chose this online company as the name indicated that it was situated in Scotland. I received a confirmation from them which confirmed the total amount I would be charged. I made the payment through Paypal but the amount shown to be taken from my account was more than that shown on the company's invoice. It turns out that a charge was being made for import tax but this was not indicated on their invoice. Wasn't happy with this even though the amount in question was negligible. Checked out the company on Trustpilot and found many others had experienced issues with the company and it was suggested the company could be dodgy. The Company website does not indicate where they are located. Spoke with Paypal who immediately understood the situation and refunded the full amount to my account. I was relieved I had made the payment through Paypal. Only wish I had read about this company on Google beforehand! Be warned!!

I purchased a UNIVERSAL 6-Steel Razors Trimmer Head, their offer of buy two get an extra one free, I received ONE in the post after several weeks. I tried to get a refund but no luck, so then went to Paypal and they said it had been delivered so NO refund. And to top it off it doesn't even fit my strimmer

SCAM CHINESE COMPANY. Do not buy from them. The strimming blade does not fit ANY strimmer of any brand. They never send the fixing kit either. 100% SCAM

At moment trying to get help from firm about product I bought for strimmer as it doesn't fit.

I bought their UNIVERSAL 6-Steel Razors Trimmer Head as it looked like it would be useful. They claim it fits most strimmers.
It doesn't fit my strimmer, so not universal, when asked to return it, they offered 20% and keep it, asked for a return address they gave me a address in China. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEIR 30 DAY GUARANTEE IS WORTHLESS. If it's shipped from the UK, it should be returned to a UK address. Very poor.

Ordered some pool shoes from a UK company BUT it turns out that they are being shipped from ?? USA ordered in March now into April and apparently being cleared by UK customs so still waiting and now no further information ?? So will be v.surprised if my shoes arrive !!! A SCAM !!

I bought their UNIVERSAL 6-Steel Razors Trimmer Head as it looked like it would be useful. They claim it fits most strimmers. I have a Stihl and these are one of the most popular. The "Universal" trimmer does not fit as it's too thick. Also, there could be a risk due to the blades being attached with flimsy rivets. Don't buy it! mine went in the bin.

I have just received my order of “comfortable, easy to wear, compression socks”. As recommended, I went for a larger size, I dread to think what my actual size would be like. Getting them on would be a good start. They are poor quality and very tight and narrow. Don’t buy these!
