Not actually Plumbers, just Brokers
This is essentially a charge of nearly £200 simply for finding you a plumber; the website looks 'local' but is in fact registered in England & Wales, not Glasgow as it suggests. They put me in touch with an established and well known Glasgow firm by phoning them, so I paid nearly £200 for a simple call. Then the actual plumbing services on top of that. The website also has the Trustpilot logo, but there are no reviews (apart, now, from this one). The only reason I give two stars is because the lady on the phone (working from home) was very polite. Did I get a good plumber? Yes. But I was fooled and these people charged me am enormous sum for a phone call. Also, I was told that an invoice would be in my inbox immediately. Never came. Lesson learned and will not be fooled again.
